Het was een ruime kamer met mooi uitzicht en dit midden in het centrum. Er was parking in de buurt.
“De dame aan het onthaal bij onze aankomst was opvallend onvriendelijk, zelfs ronduit onbeleefd. Toen we haar hierop aanspraken, leek ze eerder verbaasd dan begripvol. Misschien had ze een slechte dag, maar zelfs een eenvoudig excuus bleef uit. Jammer, want dit maakt geen goede eerste indruk voor het hotel.
Het overige personeel was daarentegen wél erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.”

Really fine hotel, very nice staff, nice room, good shower, decent breakfast with sufferable coffee (that's a compliment from my side), walking distance from everything in the old town. I'd love to give them a 9 or 10 were it not for my one gripe - see below.
It was winter and it was nice that the heating worked. But it worked too well :) There is a miniature switch next to the bed, which I placed at 5C as the room was way too hot. But the switch was bad or so - I tried it at many settings, but nothing much helped: the room remained insufferably warm. So I slept with my window open all nights. That worked fine as a solution for ME - but it's insane of course, the amount of heating energy that just went out of the window all week. On the first day I reported verbally to reception that the heating is "too good" and the switching low or off doesn't really work, but they just told me to use the switch next to the bed. Well I did - but it's either broken or crooked.

Location is excellent, rooms spacious, breakfast excellent, staff kind, bed comfortable, hotel is clean.
No hangers for jackets, no hangers for towels in the bathroom, did not know how to activate heating.

Siempre que he ido el carga y descarga de 30 minutos para viajeros está ocupado, a veces por vehículos que ni siquiera son clientes del hotel. Hay dos plazas y casi siempre que he ido han estado ocupadas. Hay coches ocupando las plazas incluso de madrugada.
