Está bien, solo que reserve dos cuartos con camas King size y me dieron cuarto con dos camas matrimoniales, y no me las cambiaron porque no había, pero si está reservado y pagado creo que se debe de respetar

El hotel es bonito y tiene buena ubicación, el personal es muy amable, el único tema que tuvimos fue que cuando llegamos no servía nuestro aire acondicionado, la vdd tuvimos que marcar a recepción 3 veces hasta que fueron a checarlo pero una vez que fue el gerente nos cambió rápidamente de habitación y fuera de eso todo estuvo excelente!

reservamos mas de 5 habitaciones dobles, por expo, botaban cucarachas de el baño de todas las habitaciones, al reportarse ofrecieron cambio de habitación pero por ser temporada alta no tenían opciones, todas se encuentran así,
