Enjoyable stay
Pros:

We liked the location, easy to find from the train station. Reception staff were friendly and the room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The breakfast was restricted and it felt awkward to have to ask for things ie hot water for a cup of tea, milk to have cereal etc I appreciate the area is small but feel it would be a nicer experience if they had milk, hot water etc out so you didn't have to keep asking.

Easy access to city centre
Pros:

It was clean and the staff and breakfast were good. The secret path to get to the city centre was great! If you turn left from the hotel and walk towards the red hanging boat and take the stairs down to the train station follow that straight thru to get to the city centre. A 10 min walk!
