Pros:

Grosses, ruhiges Zimmer, gutes Bett, funktionales Bad mit Fön. Himfsbereites und zuverlässiges Personal (bei der Bestellung von Taxis, Gepäcktransport).

Cons:

Hotel ist nicht so chic, wie die Bilder suggerieren, könnte überholt werden. Mit Geniusrabatt erhielten wir Frühstück umsonst, allerdings zu knapp und nur für 2 (unser Kind kriegte eine Milch): so kann man es sein lassen.

Hotel cómodo, vecinos incómodos.
Pros:

Muy buen tamaño de habitación, amplia y con cortinas obscura; personal amable, estacionamiento y ubicación céntrica pues hay restaurantes y entretenimiento al rededor, además de transporte público. Sin problemas de agua caliente.

Cons:

1. El desayuno, si lo pides incluido, es muy común y el pan es muy insignificante (tostado nada más), no ofrecen variedades de pan. Vale más la pena no incluir el desayuno y salir a desayunar a los alrededores.
2. Los vecinos son una taquería muy ruidosa y en las madrugadas ponen musica excesivamente fuerte, te despiertan sin ninguna consideración con todo y que el hotel tiene ventanas dobles, pero no herméticas, por lo que es extremadamente incómodo y hasta molesto. Si se desea descansar durante la noche y buscas tranquilidad, aquí no es buena opción por el momento.
3. Falta de puerta para entrar al área de lavamanos y baño.

Acabe yéndome a otro hotel, absolutamente nada

Cons:

Las sábanas con manchas de maquillaje y sangre, el hotel viejo y descuidado. El primer cuarto que me dieron la puerta no abría, el elevador no funcionaba. Me fui a otro hotel y no me regresaron el dinero.

ESTANCIA MUY CÓMODA, BUEN SERVICIO, BUENA UBICACIÓN Y A BUEN PRECIO

Lo que mas me gusto fue el servicio, muy atentos todos desde la llegada en recepción por parte de las señoritas, hasta el servicio del restaurant, por parte del mesero Enrique que se esmeró mucho y su atención fue realmente excepcional.

Cons:

El desayuno incluido, es tan sencillo que es prácticamente imposible no pedir a la carta si quieres desayunar bien. Estaba bueno, aunque esperaba un porquito mas de variedad u opciones, no solo pan con mantequilla y mermelada y frutas, aunque sea huevos ya estaría bien.

Great rooms, nice hotel, poor breakfast
Pros:

Room was great. Super big, hugh balcony, king bed, comfy pillows. Hot water came fast, almost as soon as you open. It's a small hotel, very well located business wise.

Cons:

I doubted to chose this hotel or another one 1 block away, but what hooked me in were the pics of the fantastic "included" breakfast. Pictures were a scam, nothing to do with reallity. If you wanted the "pictured breakfast", it's by the menu, you need to pay for it, and despite I did it, nothing to do with the expectations. Also, and understanding check in is at 3pm and check out at noon, I requested an early check in or even a late check out. I saw little movement in the hotel, and given the time of the week and location, you coiuld assume it was not fully packed, yet and almost without reviewing it, both of them were denied.

Muy buen hotel, personal muy cordial!
Pros:

En este hotel el personal es muy agradable y te atienden con una sonrisa.
Las solicitudes se atienden con rapidez.

Cons:

Un día me sirvieron el desayuno continental con sólo jugo, café y unas frutas, me pareció muy escaso.
Al día siguiente ya venia con dos tostadas y mermeladas, y ahí me dijeron que había sido porque se les había acabado el pan.
Pese a eso, debo decir que mi estadía de 2 noches fue muy agradable y recomiendo este hotel a otros pasajeros que vana Ciudad de México.
