Ubicación, el trato de todo el personal en especia Lázaro y Alejandro, los de recepción y el personal de seguridad. Todos excelente

Cons:

Corregir en la habitación 103 la bañera, y su drenaje. Todo lo demás impecable.

Fantastic hotel stay
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and exceptional staff. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Our luggage was even transported for us down the block to meet the Uber driver! Best hotel service we've ever had. Shout outs to Emanuel, Cynthia, Jose Luis V and Lazaro! Thanks for everything!

Très mauvaise nuit en raison de travaux sur la place
Cons:

Chambre située au 1er étage, la vue sur la place était obstruée par des arbustes. Bruit infernal toute la nuit en raison de travaux sur la place, l'hotel n'aurait pas du attribuer les chambres donnant sur la place.

Pros:

It’s beautiful with great staff. Amazing breakfast.

Cons:

The Zocalo it’s a busy area and there is always events and they are always putting up structures or not permanent structures. It’s noisy at night but we used our white noise on our phones.

A wonderful stay
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff. Liked the lounge area with complimentary coffee, snacks and soft drinks.

Cons:

Would have preferred a walk in shower. Room a bit dated

A very special hotel experience
Pros:

This hotel was a once-in-a lifetime experience. The beauty of the historical building, the excellent restaurant, the location on the zocalo, and the helpful and gracious staff made this the most special part of our trip to Mexico City. Emmanuel in particular took great care of us. Even with the current travel advisory due to cartel violence elsewhere in Mexico, we felt perfectly safe .
