Pros:

The building is beautiful and the rooms are elegant. It is located in a great spot to Mexico City.

The staff was great including Yael, Emmanuel, Leslie, and everyone else. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we felt as if it was our second home.

Emmanuel Guerrero fue en asistente muy bueno! The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect right across from the President’s residence and the center “Zocalo” of central CDMX. Happy to return again on my next trip.

Amazing hotel, amazing location and would highly recommended!
Pros:

The hotel interior was breathtaking and the view from the hotel restaurant over the main square was amazing. I always really like that there was a private lounge for guests to access where you could get free none alcoholic drinks, snacks and also play games such as air hockey and table football. Also, a special mention to Miguel and Alejandro who worked in the lobby. Always there to help, remembered my name and what I was doing each day and Alejandro even helped me at the pharmacy. They both made me feel so welcome. Amazing assets to an amazing hotel!

Cons:

The service at the restaurant wasn’t always as friendly as the hotel, but it was very busy.

Beautiful hotel in a very busy area
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel from Dec 19 - 27 with our 2 adult sons and had a very pleasant stay. It is located in the heart of the central historic district directly next to the Zocalo. It is very clean, the staff are very responsive and helpful, and the breakfast is great. However, if you are going to stay at the hotel during this period be prepared for a very busy time. The Zocalo has concerts and activities almost every night which are enjoyable, but the noise level is high. And the streets surrounding the hotel are jammed with people. So if you like this level of activity - this is the place for you.

Also the hotel went out of its way to assist us when my wife tripped and cut her head while entering the hotel early on in our stay. It sent two staff members to accompany us to two different clinics (she needed stitches) which was very much appreciated and needed!
