It is worth a short visit. Hotel lobby is beautiful. Staff is wonderful.
Pros:

Great location. Staff is wonderful. Breakfast is great. A little expensive.

Cons:

Many homeless people in Centro now. Some were sleeping outside door to hotel.
They definitely need to replace the towels. Bedding was rough and came off the beds. Needs to be replaced.
Hotel looks luxurious but linens are not even close.

Mexico City Escapade
Pros:

Superb customer service. Reception and the bell boys were very welcoming and accommodating.
The hotel is how it is described historic and a remnant of the Gilded Age. It was lovely surroundings. The stained glass ceiling is superb and lived to its expectations.

Cons:

I was a bit disappointed with the food I ordered through room service. The chicken burger was a letdown. I would have hoped better. The chicken had the taste of burnt and smelt of unclean pan.

Location right on Plaza de Constitution in the heart of Historico México

Cons:

Could be slightly noisy when special events were being staged in the Plaza and/or the cleaning up afterwards.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sauber, sicher und liegt in einer guten Lage.
Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam.

Das Einzige, was mir persönlich gefehlt hat, war ein Pool. Es gibt zwar einen Fitnessraum, dieser ist aber eher klein. Da es sich um ein älteres Hotel handelt, wurde so etwas früher wahrscheinlich nicht eingeplant. Trotzdem ist das gesamte Hotel sehr sauber, gepflegt und alles funktioniert problemlos.

A gem in the heart of Mexico City!
Pros:

Everything was spot on. The hotel is definitely unique and beautiful. The staff was very attentive and nice. The breakfast/brunch at the Terraza is also incredible, with a view on the Zocala Place. Amazing location and great value for money given everything!

Pros:

What wasn't to like? Amazing rooms, amazing service/staff, the lounge was great, the bar/restaurant upstair had an amazing staff, great drinks, an even more amazing view than my room! All great!

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay!
