Character, Location and great food served in the restaurant
Frequent blockades by Police around the Hotel causes great inconvenience to Hotel guests. Hotel needs to warn guests beforehand and provide tips on how to mitigate the inconvenience caused.

Rooms need a little upgrade BUT keeping the same OLD STYLE
Everything about are stay was amazing! If there is a word that goes beyond amazing, the staff is worthy of it! Juan Carlos, Cynthia and Lazaro made our stay comfortable, enjoyable and above all else… MEMORABLE.
They took us at the restaurant 20 mins before closing after a long travel day and made our night. The cafe next door is so convenient… in fact, everything you need is nearby and the staff offers great suggestions.
I’ll be staying here again!

The Gran Hotel exceeded our expectations in every regard. The rooms were well maintained and very comfortable, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. One of the best highlights was daily breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Alejandro and Octavio in the terrace were great each day. Highly recommend.
