The hotel was clean, the staff was welcoming and accomodating.
Pros:

Staff was welcoming and kind when our A/C went out, we requested another room. She told us she would have a solution by 3;30. They fixed the problem.

Friendly staff and the location. Very quiet although it’s close to the major highway.

Room was never cleaned.
Pros:

They would not clean our room. I was told many different things. Clean on the third day of our stay. We have to request our room to be cleaned, we did, they stopped by once and made ONE BED. Was told that WE had to remind them to clean our room when we were going out for the day. After 5 days, we went and asked for garbage bags to take out our trash. They had no comment just handed us the trash bags.
No internet more than five minutes at a time. Had to go to the front desk SEVERAL TIMES for they could get us the internet. Finally was told to just pay for internet upgrade.

Replace the Comforters!
Pros:

Would have rated higher but the comforter on my bed was shredded around the edges. The breakfast was the standard eggs and sausage, etc. The room was mostly clean and in good repair except for the comforter which is so off-putting! I felt safe at this motel which is a plus.
