The location is perfect for exploring Manhattan.
We could also keep our luggage there after the check out.
The rooms were clean and towels were replaced everyday.
The room was small, we were at 2nd floor facing the inner part of the building so we had almost no natural light in the room. There's not enough space or wardrobe to put your stuff but we had to keep everything in the suitcase. The staff at the reception was whistling and not behaving like staff in a 4-star hotel. There's no lounge room or common bathrooms.

This location is right in the middle of the action so was perfect for us.
The bathroom was a bit of a challenge because the shower door let water out, the toilet ran after flushing, and the shower head was very high.
