Cons:

Parking garage associated with hotel couldn't guarantee a parking spot if we arrived early.

Not sure if restaurant is associated with hotel. Waiter was a bit flat.

Staff are so friendly! Our room was such a generous size for New York. The location is amazing

Our bathroom door was a sliding door but was broken so didn’t really close! Not a big deal for us but may be for some people.

VEry good location, not to far from Times Square. Rooms are clean and they tidy every day.

Cons:

Hotel com localização perfeita em NYC, quarto pequeno com infraestrutura limitada.
Pros:

A localização é perfeita para quem vai fazer viagem de férias em Nova Iorque. O restaurante da propriedade é muito bom e tem uma vista bonita da igreja San Patrick das mesas no terraço.

Cons:

Fiquei 2 vezes no hotel na mesma viagem e a cama de um quarto estava em ótimas condições e no outro quarto não. Os quartos que escolhi (queen bed) não tinham quase nada de armário, nem dava pra tirar as roupas da mala (fiquei 5 dias cada vez, saí 3 dias no meio para outra cidade). O hotel não permite deixar as malas no storage overnight, ainda que voce volte para o mesmo hotel 3 dias depois. Não tem espaço para isto pelo que dizem. O check in é bem caótico dependendo da hora que voce chega. São 2 atendentes no máximo e fica uma fila absurda (fui na época da copa do mundo, isto pode ser um fator a considerar).
