I LOVED the bed. Honestly and truly. I've woken up with back pain for my entire life and for the 4 days for the first time of my life, the pain was gone. I don't know what bed they have but I'm considering to get it, if it's being sold in the world. The location was great as well - walking distance to anywhere in mid-town. You enter the hotel greeted by a nice smell and helpful staff. Bathrooms were clean and housekeeping did a great job.
The elevator and lobby area can get crowded. Between checking out, checking in, waiting for checked luggages or waiting for the elevator, no one knows. It can get very disorganized in this area during "peak" hours.
The hotel is in a perfect location, close to many landmarks and several subway stations. It’s walking distance to Times Square, Central Park, Bryant park, and the Empire State Building. The room was surprisingly quiet and we couldn’t hear any street noise. The staff was so friendly too
A couple outlets didn’t work and the sink was slow to drain, but nothing a little maintenance can’t fix. It was so minor and didn’t impact our stay at all

O quarto era menor do que aparecia na foto e box estava com um vazamento de água quemolhava todo o chão do banheiro. Mas isso foi só um detalhe. Minha estadia foi ótima e voltaria om certeza.

Lovely staff, very friendly and welcoming turned up early and they let us check in early.
The air con machine is very noisy in the room, beds weren't that comfy for a hotel, the room felt a big budget, but it is new York...

A acustica do apartamento é péssima. Se vc pensa em descansar um pouco mais até as 08:30h da manhã. Esqueça! Camareiras em multirão batendo portas e falando alto. Dá para ouvir os quartos vizinhos.

Good location, really friendly staff at check in, room was decent enough size for new york. Room was always cleaned before returning for the day.
Like other reviews the lift took forever. The shower door wouldn’t close properly so bathroom flooded every time got shower and had to waste most the towels to keep it dry. Did report to maintenance who said would fix it but never did. Random puddles also appearing by the sprinkler, never bothered reporting as was still waiting on the door.
Room was clean enough but would recommend to stop replacing a bar of soap a day, just such a waste opening a soap bar which is hardly used in the day as we aren’t in the room for it to be replaced the next day. Maybe change to refillble hand soaps.
