Had an excellent short break and was very impressed with the beamish museum just down the road.
Pros:

Breakfast selection was very good. The service was excellent and cooked perfectly.
Cocktails went down nicely and the house wine was very good.
Dinner and service was very good on the first evening but the food not quite as impressive on the second night (service was still very good) but still good.
Overall we had an amazing time in Beamishand Hall.

Stay was in good location for what I wanted to do in the area.

The room was ok but pubic hair left in the bath drops of blood on bedside lampshade and wall dirty glasses for drinking from. Shelf in bathroom had toothpaste on from previous people brushing teeth not hygienic When checking out I wasn’t even asked how my stay was so I doubt I would recommend or choose to stay again especially with the price of the stay I have stayed in cleaner premier inns

The standard room is very basic. No body lotion or conditioner in the bathroom.

Beamish Country Class
Pros:

The grounds were superb and were still being improved. We talked to the grounds staff who were enthusiastic about their plans. The food in the Stables Restaurant was excellent and the sourdough toast we had at breakfast was melt in the mouth delicious. We visited Beamish museum during our stay and it was so convenient for the visit. We will definitely stay there again.
