Habitaciones espaciosas, tiene facilidades de Spa y beauty, piscina grande y dos jacuzzis , servicio de comidas a las habitaciones , música en vivo algunos días. Lo sigo eligiendo cada vez que voy a SD. También tiene gimnasio y canchas.

Encantadora y agradable.
Pros:

Las atenciones del personal en general excelente, aunque debo resaltar la atención de recepción por parte del Sr. Daniel y en la noche al cenar un joven muy trabajador y atento llamado Robert creo.

De verdad la calidad de ese equipo de trabajo en las áreas que frecuente fue muy agradable. Además, en el desayuno las damas todas muy serviciales.

Cons:

Para mí, creo que deberían cambiar el material de los muebles de tela del lobby ya que ese material alberga con facilidad sucio y microbios. Se perciben viejos además.

El hotel es muy bonito y la verdad me la pasé muy bien durante mi estancia. La playa me encantó, la piscina estaba súper bien y todo el ambiente del hotel fue muy agradable. También disfruté mucho del entretenimiento, había buen ambiente y siempre había algo para hacer.

En general, disfruté mucho mi estadía y me quedo con muy buenos recuerdos.

Cons:

Lo único que me pareció bastante decepcionante durante mi estancia fue el servicio con las toallas.

Hice el check-in a las 5:30 p. m. y en ningún momento me avisaron que el lugar donde se entregan las toallas cerraba a las 6:00 p. m. Cuando fui a preguntar, tampoco me ofrecieron ninguna otra alternativa.

Después regresé y solicité que me enviaran toallas extras a la habitación, ya que necesitaba usar las toallas de la habitación para ir a la playa y a la piscina. Me dijeron que sí, pero hasta el día de hoy sigo esperando las toallas.

Al final, tuve que secarme con toallas mojadas después de utilizarlas para la playa y la piscina. Considero que este tipo de situación podría evitarse fácilmente con una mejor comunicación y atención al huésped.
