Deben quitar todas las alfombra de las habitaciones , no solo algunas
Pros:

Bueno tuvimos dos diferentes reservas porque salimos a otra cuidad y volvemos al dia siguiente entonces nos tocó una habitación sin remodelar que estan en los niveles 3 abajo que tiene alfombra y tuvo un poco de polvo.

Cons:

Eso de la habitación von alfombra por la primera teserva tenía unas habitaciones excelentes pero la segunda no me gustó.
Pero la gente es maravillosa, la cómodas excelente

Pros:

Tuvimos cena y desayuno bufe de calidad medio. La habitación estaba sucia con mal olor por la alfombra, en general mal estado a renovar. No usamos la piscina por mal estado y sucio.

Cons:

Nuestra reservación la cambiamos a Executiva y al llegar nos dieron una estándar alegando que por la niña no podíamos estar en esta área!!!

I felt uncomfortable and safe to say I will mot be staying at this hotel in the future. And I will not recommend

Seperate from the negative , this was a good stay, 20 minutes from the Zona Colonial.
Pros:

I like the fact that the location was in an ideal spot , very quiet and beautiful scenery. the room was clean , we had room service daily and the customer service was great. They were able to respond in english as much as possible and made the stay welcoming . The room had every thing we needed. It was ok
Breakfast was ok and balanced.

Lots of parking as well.

Cons:

The room needed more air - had a musky scent.
bathroom tub small - no turning space .
The description stated that there was a club on the property - None was availbe but off property.
The room is more old Fashion and the fixtures definitely needs to be changed. old antiquated !!!!!!
The bar closes off early and there is not much to do there seperate from the pool.
