Pros:

ドーナツのサービスが嬉しかったです
アメニティも豊富でした
朝食ビュッフェはおしゃれで品数豊富で子供と楽しく朝食を食べることができました
名古屋ならではの味噌カツや味噌おでんなどあり、旅行感を感じることができました
ビュッフェ会場がイタリアンのお店という事で、アーリオオーリオやサラダがおしゃれで嬉しいです
子供はフランスパンがすごく美味しいと喜んでいました！
栄駅も歩いて3分、コンビニもすぐ下にあって立地がとても良いと思います

Cons:

ベッドと枕がかためなのであまり疲れが取れませんでした
でもこれは好みの問題だと思います

とても静かで、一階がコンビニ。そして立地が最高でした。
味噌煮込みうどんの名店が近くにあり、楽しむことが出来ました。

First day check in, the room have not cleaned up properly, saw some hairs on pillow case . On the third night, an insect came from the air conditioning , landed on my face which was so disgusting!!!

Room was not cleaned up properly on 1st check in day, found some hairs on pillow case
On our 3rd day, there was an insect came out from the air conditioning and landed on my face , was this a free gift from hotel for me first thing in the morning ? So disgusting!!!
