Pros:

They were so friendly and welcoming, very helpful (as well english speaking) and greeted us with a surprise gift for our honeymoon! Great location nearby a station and in the heart of Nagoya. Very clean and good facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back if we have the chance!

ブッキングコムを利用して初めて残念でした。

予約した時点で、「駐車場はありますか？」というメッセージをブッキングコムから送っていたにもかかわらず、返信がなかったので、近くに数多ある駐車場のどこが提携駐車場なのかわからず、一番近いところに停めたら、チェックインの時に初めて提携駐車場を教えられて、入れた所は違っていたので､駐車場を移動しました。余分に駐車代を使いました。メッセージの返事が返ってこなかったことはとても残念でした。

研修生の方の対応だったので仕方ないのかもしれません・・・チェックインの時は研修生の男性が一生懸命対応してくださいましたが、後ろにいる多分常勤スタッフ2人が「ただの監視役なので自分は対応しません」というようなよそよそしく知らん顔といった雰囲気が感じられて、居心地が悪かったです。
チェックアウトの時は別の女性の研修生の方が1人で対応してくれました。にこやかでした。ただ、いっぱいいっぱいだったんでしょうね、「駐車場はご利用ですか？」という一言がなく、自分はチェックアウトが済んで100㍍ほど歩いて行ってから、駐車場の割引のことを聞き忘れたと思い電話をかけ、電話対応したスタッフから「駐車場割引券があれば1300円です」と確認し、もう一度ホテルまで戻る必要がありました。

Ótima localização, perto de tudo no centro de Nagoya.
Pros:

Ótima localização. Bem no centro de Nagoya, próximo de muitos pontos turísticos, lojas de conveniência, restaurantes, lojas e estacionamentos. Ótimo custo benefício, o famoso bom, bonito e barato. Me hospedei várias vezes nele, sempre foi ótimo.

Cons:

Não há nada que eu não tenha gostado.
