Gave me a handicap room it had more space.
My children are autistic and they can be a little loud so it's great.

Cons:

I wish they had hardwood floors throughout the room carpet set scare me.

Cons:

Sink filled with water so the drain wasn't working properly, very frustrating and gross when brushing teeth, water leaks from shower because the curtain isn't long enough, bathroom Lighting was not bright enough
