I understand that it was February, but the hotel was really not welcoming. The weather was nice, but there was not really any table and chairs outside apart a few in front the main area. The swimming pool was closed, what it's normal for February, but with a fence around it. It really looks terrible! At some point, it was sunny and I wanted to work outside, there was not table and chair near our bedroom where the wifi signal was good, so we had to choice that going where we can find some table and chairs outside the bar and the reception area, where the wifi signal was very inconsistant. I can see on my laptop that there was another wifi signal for the events, that one appeared to be strong and good. I asked to the reception if there was a way for them to give me the code as the general wifi was not keeping cutting and I can't sit near our bedroom where there was not table and chair outside, the person at the reception replied frankly: NO, it's not possible. I was not happy and he told me he was going to ask his manager. I came back 10 mins later, nothing, it was clear that he didn't ask... I expressed very clearly how I was disappointed not necessary about the weak wifi signal, but more about the fact that the staff at the reception was clearly ignoring us, they even didn't pretend. I was told that someone from management will get back to us, we left the following day and nobody came back to us. Extremely disappointed. Also, if you've got children, it's not a family hotel, there is a small slide and a couple of swings at the very end of the hotel, with nowhere to sit for the parents. There is not really an access from the bedrooms to the swimming pool other than through the main reception area, not great when you are wet. Anyway, it didn't apply to us as the swimming pools were closed, but in Summer time, it wouldn't have been great!
La zona es tranquila y bonita , ideal para desconectar unos días
Hay detalles a mejorar : habitación con poca intimidad ya que era un baño sin vistas y zona de paso . Bañera sin tapón por lo que no pude disfrutar de un baño al final del día , luces mal conmutadas en la habitación. El spa tiene buenas instalaciones pero hay mucha gente . Desayuno correcto , lo mejor el bar muy bien atendido .
El personal y la limpieza, el spa bueno sin más , igualmente las chicas espectaculares y el masaje sobresaliente.
El buffet del desayuno muy bien, pero la cena… escaso y calidad regular. Un barcelo debe de tener el estándar un poco más alto.
