Wonderful waterfront hotel
Pros:

I had a heavenly three night stay here. I had booked a premium room but was given a complimentary upgrade to a balcony Riva view room. I opened the door and fell in love with the room. The vast bed was soooo comfy after each day's exploring and the pillows........THE most soft, comfortable pillows I've ever had in a hotel. The people-watching and boat-watching from my balcony made it hard to leave my room. The delicious food and friendly, attentive staff made it hard to go elsewhere to eat. The breakfast buffet looked and tasted wonderful and the cooked plates, eg my scrambled eggs, arrived so quickly I was barely ready to eat them. If I'm lucky enough to ever come to Croatia and Hvar again, I would stay here in a heartbeat. I just wish home in New Zealand wasn't so very far from this slice of Paradise.

Central location with terrific breakfast and helpful staff
Pros:

Got an upgrade to balcony room and was the best hotel breakfast we had during the trip. Staff was very helpful with the room, getting reservation at a winery, and dealing with luggage. Would definitely return.

Loved every minute of it and upgraded which was a real treat .
Pros:

Location was excellent. Best breakfast ever. The staff are so helpful and friendly I really couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

Great location on the Riva
Pros:

Position right on the Riva wTching all the port comings and goings

Cons:

Tiny shower room only had one hook for two robes and four towels. More hooks or a couple of towel rails would have been a huge improvement.

In allen Belangen sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel in Hvar
Pros:

Extrem schöne Lage direkt am Hafen, schöne Zimmer, tolles Frühstück, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Jeden Tag eine neue Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer, sowie neue Kaffeekapseln und eine Kleinigkeit zum Naschen.
Auch das Abendessen im Restaurant ist sehr gut.

The fact that the bar closed at 2100 and there was no restaurant in the evening. There was no mention on/before booking that this was the case. Having said that they did offer us food on our first night having arrived late. Overall a great place

We had a fantastic stay at Riva Marina Hvar Hotel right on the waterfront with stunning marina and sunset views that capture the essence of Hvar. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, meeting us at the port to help with our luggage and giving us restaurant suggestions. Breakfast was delicious with a menu of freshly made dishes, and our room was modern and comfortable.
If you want to be in the heart of the action, this place is hard to beat. Overall, Riva Marina is a perfect mix of great location, stylish atmosphere, and solid food and service. We would absolutely come back again.

Pros:

Staff were amazing! Ambience was lovely particularly the music in the lobby. Breakfast was delicious and salads in the afternoon were beyond great. Patio out front was perfect for people watching. Spa at the sister hotel was just an added bonus. Cannot say enough about this hotel.
