The place is as dirty as possible with very bad smell on the corridor...
The TV didn't worked
There was a bag probably containing some water drops from the ceiling on one light outlet.
The swimming pool would have some crocodiles living there... or maybe worst creatures... was closed...
The breakfast never happened although was included in the stay (they've said it was suspended due some work

Tell the truth on website you showed nice pictures we got there different story pool dirty no breakfast no laundry place has a lot of crime on property

Tv was broken. It wouldn't turn off or change the volume. Room had NOT been cleaned! Had to unplug to get it to turn off. Carpet had not been vacuumed. Bed sheets werent changed. There was pee on the tub and shower floor. The mini fridge kept freezing our drinks no matter what the temp was set at. No desk chair. We checked in around 630pm. Front desk stated they were short staffed and still cleaning rooms and went to check if ours was ready. She came back and said it was. Got to the room. Went to pull back the blankets, the bed sheets were clearly not changed. There was dirt on them. I saw housekeeping down the hall. I asked her to come change the sheets since they were dirty. First thing she said to me was "are you sure they arent just stained?" She came and looked at them, then sent another guy in to change them. When I checked out, I wanted to speak about my complaints, but was given a red binder to write them in instead. Nobody took time to ask me about my complaints. Just gave me a red book and said " they wont know what to fix if they dont know whats wrong". I was a bit more alarmed at that point as I read a previous complaint about a room having bugs. AND the pics on the website are NOT accurate whatsoever. This hotel being rundown is an understatement. There's a sign when you walk in to check into the hotel next door.

Shower curtain smelled of mildew

Parking lot was dark and cracked with weeds growing. Looked like it was abandoned.

If you say you have a free breakfast, you should have a breakfast

Supposed to have free breakfast there was none said area was closed. Only some vending machines. Supposed to have on site laundry. Machines were gone. Supposed to have pool. Was closed and drained. Nothing as advertised. Had to ask staff for towels after getting to the room that was not fresh and ready for guests.

Hotel was nasty and dirty, room was not cleaned properly. There was blood stains on the sheets , dead bugs including bed bugs, the bathroom had hair all over it. Was not good.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. We checked in at 3 and our room wasn’t ready so they switched us rooms. The lady guided us to our room and when we walked in the first thing we seen was dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom. She told us to come back to the desk and switch rooms again. We booked a deluxe king room and wanted to go to the outside pool. Our 3rd and thankfully final room was ready but was in the whole different hotel that was connected and was put in a 2 queen room. Went to go get breakfast or something to drink and it was closed!!! Had very little communication with their housekeepers so they didn’t know what room was cleaned or dirty. Just very unorganized and overall not a good experience. Definitely will not be back!!
Wish I could get my money back

It smelled bad. No towels. No toilet paper. No coffee pot. Room was dirty. Mattress stained. Service was ridiculous. No breakfast. No pool. Worst motel I've ever stayed at. I reserved the room 2 weeks ahead time to. Was very disappointed.

The room had a strong odor of mold. The hallways were dirty and smelled like urine. I was in the room all of two seconds before I high tailed it out of there. I felt bad for the front desk lady who had to deal with 1 too many customers canceling their stay because of the same issue.
