This is my First time staying at Dubai and this hotels has good atmosphere, I stayed for 10 days such great experience.
Food in buffe was delicious i like it.

Stayed here last weekend and loved it—spotless rooms, quiet vibe, great location and super friendly service. Huge shout-out to Zakash in housekeeping for going above and beyond: fresh towels by mid-day, little extras left daily, and always a warm hello in the hallway. Made the room feel like home. Will definitely book again.

The staff was very cooperative. We accidentally lost our bag full of gold and passport but security named om parkash helped us find that.
I had a great experience at the Grand Excelsior Hotel, and a big part of that was because of Hassan and Ahmed.
From the moment we arrived, they handled everything with professionalism and genuine warmth. No fake smiles, no attitude — just real hospitality. They were quick to assist, patient with our requests, and made sure everything was smooth, especially during check-in.
What stood out was their attentiveness. They didn’t just do their job; they actually cared that we were comfortable. Small things — helping with access issues, guiding us properly, responding fast — made a big difference.
If you’re staying at this hotel, you’re in good hands with Hassan and Ahmed. They represent the place well.

16 of us stayed here for 8 days, this is a busy hotel, we got there for 11.45am check in time was 3pm so a bit of a wait however some of our rooms were ready by 2/2.30pm, would advice to make sure your flights align with this. The rooms were large & spacious you have a kettle, tv & a fridge, however the bathrooms need to be updated. Myself & my mother had to change rooms as the toilet was leaking in their defence they gave us a better room. The pool area was good but small, could do with more sun lounges, the sauna & steam room need updating. WiFi was very good & the breakfast was enjoyable. The staff were wonderful brilliant service especially the night manager Ahmed gave us a late check out for 3 rooms without charge & one of our party is disabled she lost her wheelchair gloves, he let her use his phone to buy new ones from Amazon which came in 15 minutes & he didn’t let her pay for them. My recommendations are update the bathrooms/bedrooms, advertise you are disabled friendly, offer early check in where possible & have a kids club for younger children. Would stay here again once the bathrooms are update 🙂
