Sehr gute Lage. Sehr herzliches Personal und unglaublich freundliche und nett. Anlage gute Grösse, sehr gepflegt. Direkt am Meer. Pool ist schön, sauber und ein Highlight.

Beste Lage, Blick auf den dampfenden Vulkan, zwischen zwei Stränden, schöner Pool und außergewöhnlicher Service.
Pros:

Tolle Lage zwischen den beiden Hauptstränden von Vulcano. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Kommunikation im Vorfeld war zeitnah und passend. Wir wurden von der Fähre mit dem hoteleigenen Auto abgeholt als wäre dies eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Sehr, sehr freundliches Personal. Poolservice. Pool sehr schön zum Schwimmen.

Cons:

Wir hatten einige Moskitos in den Zimmern, das Hotel steht neben einem Hain aus Schilf und feuchtem Grund. Schön grün. Aber wir hätten uns Haken an der Decke für Mückennetze oder Fliegengitter in den Fenstern gewünscht.

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt! Sehr engagiertes, organisiertes und äußerst herzliches Personal, tolle Lage des Hotels - nah am Hafen, zwischen den zwei Hauptstränden gelegen - mit viel Platz auch für ruhige Stunden. Sehr empfehlenswertes leichtes Mittagessen, zum Aperitivo (und davor) leckere Cocktails.

Bonito y cómodo. Lo recomiendo
Pros:

Hotel sencillo, discreto, cuidado y con encanto. Felicidades a los jardineros.
Buen desayuno. Al lado de las playas con fumarolas y de playa Nera, más tranquila. . Hay un camino de 10 minutos desde el muelle, también hay taxis por si se necesitan. Desde el hotel a la cima del volcán hay una caminata de unas 4 horas y 400 mts de desnivel. Vale la pena.
Para recorrer toda la isla el hotel alquila motos y coches por horas.

Cons:

Por decir algo, la terraza de mi apartamento era compartida.
