Pros:

Personale veramente incredibile, disponibile e super accogliente.

Cons:

Le camere sono molto vicine a una discoteca sulla spiaggia per cui si sente la musica (in particolare i bassi) fino alle 2-3 di notte.

Pros:

Tutto davvero eccellente, dalla struttura all’accoglienza. Il personale è stato sempre gentilissimo, disponibile e sorridente. Colazione super ricca e con prodotti di ottima qualità. La posizione è perfetta poiché la struttura si trova tra le due spiagge principali, comoda per godersi Vulcano e spostarsi facilmente anche in centro.
Un soggiorno che consiglio assolutamente e in cui tornerei volentieri!

Un hôtel fabuleux avec une équipe extra !
Pros:

Le service et l’amabilité du personnel est incroyable ! Nous voyageons pas mal et nous n’avons jamais reçu un tel service. La piscine est super, il a bien assez de transat. Il y a même un système pour commander avec son portable à boire ou à manger et ils apportent à l’endroit où cela a été commandé. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux avec un large choix sucré et salé. Il y a une petite restauration disponible le midi. Les chambres étaient grandes et propres.

Cons:

Un tout petit détail : la douche est très petite.
