Such a beautiful hotel! So happy we stayed here. Would definitely stay here again! The amenities and hotel room were very clean and perfect for our stay. And the sea side view… absolutely stunning!! Beds and AC were perfect too.

The hotel itself is lovely and a beautiful setting. Amazing pool. 2 things let it down
1-breakfast, for a ‘wellness’ hotel the selection is poor unless you want to pay for something cooked eg porridge is €12
2-the rooms are a lottery and ours was not worth the cost for a junior suite. Whilst the terrace are was nice enough, the room itself is small and very little space for 2 people. The biggest letdown is the bathroom. It is a tiny shower room where there are no places to put any toiletries out. The shower is really small with 2 sliding doors to box you in but still leaks. The lighting was awful as only half the lights worked. Such a disappointment.

Gorgeous hotel with easy access to the sea. Clean and nice rooms. Decent breakfast. Free access to the sauna and steam room which is a nice addition. Staff are very friendly but they are definitely short staffed as all requests take a lot of time and usually several reminders. This includes towels, breakfast requests such as coffee, and assistance with reservations. Would still consider returning given the beauty of the property.

One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had.
We asked housekeeping to change the comforter because it smelled bad, and instead of helping, the housekeeper yelled at us and was extremely rude. When we brought this to the front desk, they didn’t seem to care at all — no apology, no follow-up, nothing. On top of that, the shower pressure was terrible, but after how we were treated over something as simple as a comforter, we didn’t even bother complaining. Overall, the staff’s attitude was unacceptable and made our stay very uncomfortable. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent stay at Pagoda. The staff are lovely and helpful, hotel is in a great area 5 minute walk to the ferries, and the beach area is gorgeous. Loved ordering a spritz and snacks beachside!

Only downside is they don’t have hair conditioner.

Pros:

Var där en av de sista veckorna innan hotellet skulle stänga för säsongen. Rivningsarbeten pågick i flera dagar av utebar- och uterestaurangs-taken vilket också medförde att vi fick byta rum. Hotellchefen satt och tittade på arbetarna, kanske för att utöva micromanagement? Modern club-musik spelades högt vid bar/restuaurang även till frukost, trots att de flesta gästerna var äldre par eller småbarnsföräldrar. Restaurang inomhus med en takbeslysning som ger känsla av skolmatsal. Hotellet har fint läge men vägen dit och entrén, gick via obelyst gränd mellan öde/rivningshus och regnvatten som forsar rakt ner över gränden. Det finns en skylt som visar väg till hotellet med en pil till höger men med en text som säger "gå till vänster".

This place is absolutely wonderful. It is exceptionally beautiful. The private beach is perfect. The staff is beyond terrific. Will absolutely recommend to anyone I know. And we will be back for sure.

Magnifique hôtel mais déçu de la chambre
Pros:

Hôtel magnifique avec son accès privatif à la mer.
Le service était superbe.
Le localisation à proximité du port est idéale.
Les seules bémols seraient pour moi le petit déjeuner qui était tres basique et la chambre “vue sur mer” qui donne également sur la piscine et les transats (on ne le voit pas sur les photos). On manque donc d’intimité pour le prix…

We loved hotel Pagoda!
Pros:

Loved the location — only 5 min walk from the port! The hotel and its amenities were beautiful, the staff was great, and the room was so nice! When we come back to the beautiful island of Ischia again, we will always stay here!
