The airport shuttle made it way to get to and from the hotel. Very convenient with access to a beach and a pool!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though Expedia didn't give them my reservation, they honored what I showed them and gave me the room. The food was good and the property was clean. No issues except Expedia told us this is all you will pay but then it turns out there was a tourist tax that I still had to pay. The hotel was great but Expedia wasn't!
Everything was good!
The bathroom in the room I stayed smelled strongly of urine, and the shower/bath was littered with hairs. The bath linen too, was old and quite small.
For me it’s a stop over for the Maldives so I’m not comparing it to private Villas etc but it’s used a lot for local workers and understandably air crew, it’s OK but bar / pool staff don’t get the need for customer service and the place is a little basic but clean and adequate. It’s noisy but it’s going to be as it’s literally in the airport and pick up for island boats. Take some earplugs and you’ll be fine
Very convenient to the airport. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Bed linen smelled of old sweat. Charged twice for stay- we pre paid, then arrived and were asked to pay again by a very officious lady at the counter. Next day a kind front desk employee apologised and said he had picked this up and would reimburse the second payment -but it could take up to a week to process- no reimbursement yet?
Wonderful location within walking distance to the airport. There is a nice pool area and excellent restaurants. I was very happy with my stay

Hulhule Airport Hotel was a great way to wrap up our Maldives vacation. Property is beautiful and staff is very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful views from our 3rd floor room and the top floor restaurant. Very nice pool. This is the only spot to enjoy a beer/cocktail in Male. Breakfast buffet top floor is excellent but downstairs pub food is mediocre. Located about a half mile from the airport but not safely walkable at all due to construction, no sidewalks, trash. The property’s beach is pretty from a distance but some garbage on the sand up close. Overall, highly recommend on the way in/out of Maldives.

Very slow service. The power went out in the property and after it had come back in some areas, our room was still not back on but it took three trips to the front desk for them to send someone to the area to take a look.
The hotel staff had a shuttle bus ready to pick us up from the airport; from the moment we arrived at the hotel, staff was very generous, helpful and cordial; our check in and out process was quick; breakfast was included and the buffet was delicious. Our overnight stay was wonderful, thank you!!
