Hotel Raito

We came to Italy on a busy family trip and finished in Vietri sul Mar. Hotel Raito provided us a vacation while on vacation! We were so well cared for by all the staff! We looked forward to the wonderful breakfast buffet every morning with such excellent service! Dinners were delicious as well with lots of treats provided by the hotel. This was our best stay in the 2 weeks we were in Italy. The hotel arranged transportation for us multiple times which was so helpful. Very highly recommended!!!

Our wonderful stay at Hotel Raito began ever before we arrived. The staff communicated so well making spa appointments and helping to coordinate our arrival. The night we arrived they were so gracious ensuring we had dinner. Our deluxe rooms overlooking the sea were spectacular! From the delicious breakfast buffet to the pizzas at lunch and then wonderful dinners we were so well taken care of. I can’t say enough wonderful words about our stay at Hotel Raito. The staff made sure we were so well taken care of. The property was gorgeous and we will definitely return!

The hotel is a very nice and clean. The rooms are large and very comfortable.
The staff is very helpful and are ready to help with any requests. Especially brigitta and Alessia are wonderful persons who listened to our needs and find as the best solution for our stay.
Very much recommended to stay here. We will definitely visit again.

The stunning view & the staff very friendly reception & restaurant .The breakfast is variety of food , They did upgrade my room which is beautiful room i love everything in this hotel

Я много путешествую и останавливаюсь в 5 звездочных отелях , но этот останется в моей памяти ! Тот отель, в который хочется вернуться !
Вас встречают с таким радушием! Не запомнила все имена , но всем огромное спасибо ! Sharon великолепная девушка, общается на супер профессиональном уровне, все знает и помогла во всех вопросах паркинг в городе и прочее! На ресепшене очень приветливые , рассказывают и провожают в номер, супер заботливые!

Сделали бесплатно апгрейд номера , в номере ждала прекрасное просекко, принесли еще и огромную вазу фруктов, комплименты от отеля были бесплатные коктейли , скидка в ресторан, как-то приносили пирожное в номер - просто подарок, было очень приятно !

С собой в дорогу дали 2 воды хорошего качества Electa.

Есть бесплатная паковка.

Есть спа , закрытый и открытый бассейн. Шезлонгов достаточное количество.

Сервис room был восхитительным, каждый день замена белья , идеально белые халаты , полотенца , резиновые тапочки , косметика от отеля шампунь , кондиционер, лосьон. Очень чисто приятно. Хороший напор в душе, новая сантехника.

Номер хорошо обставлен , кондиционер бесшумный, вид восхитительный, удобная кровать и подушки. В общем все идеально!

Вкусный завтрак на белых накрахмаленных скатертях . Вкусный кофе ! Целый день лимонад и вода в вашем доступе.

Хорошо обставленный фитнес с прекрасным видом.

В отеле чувствуется приватность , играет легкая музыка, вид на старый город на соседней скале. Италия, о которой мечтаешь ! Мечтаю вернуться еще раз сюда! Спасибо за восхитительные дни!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always courteous.
Our room was clean and comfortable and offered a beautiful sea view, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast was very good and offered a nice selection.
Overall, a great experience, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

Ik heb veel gereisd maar zelden zo’n bevlogen en vakkundige staf gezien, van front-desk tot aan obers en schoonmakers. Speciale dank aan Alessia voor haar fantastische support als gastvrouw.

Zwei Dinge sind besonders zu erwähnen.
1. Die überaus freundlichen und sehr hilfsbereiten Angestellten des Hotels, die für jedes Problem eine Lösung finden. Ein sehr guter Service wird auch im ausgezeichneten Restaurant geboten. Darüberhinaus hatte ich einige sehr nette Gespräche mit den Angestellten dort.
2. Die außergewöhnlich schöne Lage hoch über der Bucht von Salerno die einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer bietet. Ich hatte ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit einem ungewöhnlich großen Balkon.

L’emplacement, la terrasse, le personnel excepté le responsable qui ne s’est pas montré pendant les 4 jours, le petit déjeuner ! L’impression d’un hôtel très peu soigné, installation vieillotte: le contraire de ce que les photos du site de l’hôtel laissaient voir!

The staff were lovely throughout our stay. They provided lovely surprises like sparkling wine on arrival, cakes during the day and were extremely helpful when it came to organising activities and days out. Would highly recommend booking this hotel.
