Nous avons été littéralement chouchouté. La gentillesse et l'écoute de toute l'équipe. L'emplacement de l'hôtel. Les installations (piscine, sauna, hammam, piscine intérieure). Le petit déjeuner et le restaurant "Il Golfo". La vue sur Vietri Sul Mare.

Exceptional hospitality from start to finish. The entire team made us feel genuinely welcome, but a special thank you goes to Alessia from the concierge team, who was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and always happy to help with every request. Carmello was equally outstanding warm, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care are what set this hotel apart. They are a true credit to the property, and we can’t thank them enough for making our experience so special.

We stayed in a room with a balcony, and the views were absolutely amazing. Whether from our room or the pool area, the scenery was breathtaking and made our stay even more special.
The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and we really enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful pool. The complimentary shuttle bus into Vietri made it easy to explore the town without worrying about transport.
We also had some lovely meals during our stay. The pizzeria was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed dinner in the main restaurant as well. A particularly thoughtful touch was the delicious lemon Caprese cake left in our room on our final day, which was a lovely surprise and a perfect way to end our holiday.
Overall, this is a fantastic hotel in a beautiful location with exceptional views, excellent food, and outstanding service.

Our stay at Hotel Raito Amalfi Coast was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is perfectly located, offering breathtaking views over the Gulf of Salerno. We highly recommend booking a room with a balcony and sea view—it makes the experience even more special.

The highlight of our stay was the exceptional staff. We have stayed in many hotels around the world, but we have never experienced such warm, friendly, and attentive service. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our holiday unforgettable.

The restaurant serves delicious lunches and dinners, the rooms are spotless and cleaned twice a day, and the thoughtful gifts and surprises from the hotel staff made us feel truly welcome. The shuttle service to Salerno is very convenient for guests without a car, and the concierge team is always available to help.

Beliggenheden er fantastisk, ubeskrivelig smukt sted, topklasse service, specielt af Alessia som tog sig tid til en snak med os, hun var helt fantastisk med afskedsgaver. Vi har været her 3 gange og kommer bestemt tilbage igen. Tak Raito for mindeværdige oplevelser endnu engang. See you soon.❤️

La gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff sono state impeccabili dall’inizio alla fine del soggiorno. Ogni nostra esigenza è stata accolta con attenzione e cortesia: dai ricambi per l’igiene sempre forniti con premura, all’attenzione riservata anche in piscina. La pulizia, sempre curata nei minimi dettagli, sia nella camera che negli spazi comuni. Un episodio in particolare ci ha colpito: al checkout, per un imprevisto legato al traffico, abbiamo chiesto di posticipare l’uscita e lo staff si è mostrato estremamente disponibile e comprensivo, senza alcun problema. Anche dal punto di vista culinario siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti: al grill in particolare abbiamo gustato una caprese fresca e curata nella presentazione, un piccolo grande ricordo del soggiorno. Un’esperienza che consiglio senza esitazione.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti e ci siamo rilassati tantissimo. Fin da subito abbiamo notato l’accoglienza calorosa da parte di tutto lo staff con un iniziale upgrade e un prosecco in camera. I giorni a seguire siamo stati principalmente in piscina con una vista mozzafiato e ci siamo deliziati dei loro piatti sia del ristorante grill che del ristorante golfo. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati.. super consigliato!

L'hotel domina il golfo di Salerno e sia dalla piscina che dalla nostra camera abbiamo goduto di panorami favolosi. Anche dalla terrazza del grill e pizzeria, cenare con davanti una vista così è stato impagabile.

We had a fantastic stay and couldn't have asked for more. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and immaculately clean, making them a wonderful place to relax.
The facilities were excellent and everything was maintained to a very high standard. What really made our stay special, though, was the exceptional customer service. Every member of staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely went out of their way to help—nothing was ever too much trouble.
The food was absolutely incredible, with a fantastic choice and consistently high quality throughout our stay. Every meal was a highlight.
Overall, this is one of the best hotels we've stayed in. The combination of luxurious rooms, outstanding facilities, amazing food, and first-class service made for a truly memorable experience. We wouldn't hesitate to return and highly recommend

There truly aren’t enough words or stars to describe our experience at Hotel Raito. The hotel itself is absolutely breathtaking—the views, the grounds, the pool, every little detail. But as beautiful as this place is, it’s the people who make it unforgettable.

From before we even arrived, Kate reached out to me on WhatsApp asking if there was anything they could do for us. Her kindness was so sincere and genuine, and that same warmth carried through our entire stay. We arrived early, and even though our rooms weren’t ready, we were immediately made to feel comfortable and cared for.

We were celebrating my birthday and were welcomed with champagne in our rooms. Every single meal we had was beyond delicious, especially my birthday dinner. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my son’s food allergies, and as a mother, that meant more to me than they will ever know.

On our last day, we had the privilege of meeting Carmelo. He is truly one of the most special humans I think I will ever meet. The way he treated my son, like he was one of his own, is something I will never forget.

The truth is, every single person we met at Hotel Raito was incredible. The restaurant staff, the front desk, everyone. This place may be beautiful, but the people are what make it extraordinary.

We came to stay at a hotel and left feeling like we were saying goodbye to family. Hotel Raito will forever hold such a special place in our hearts. ❤️
