Do not stay at this hotel it is the worst hotel that there is on 192 they overpriced they have rooms full of cockroaches and do not have Pest Control they fix their issues just by painting over things in all reality customer service is horrible. there is an Indian lady there who will pressure you into writing a review and will not let you leave until you write her name on the review all her reviews on Google her name is Yasmine are all forced she is not nice she's racist the other one that has red hair that works there she will just tell you something nice just to get you out of the lobby but she does nothing for it if you make a mistake in Booking a reservation they will not give you a refund no matter what even if you try to cancel it within let's say 2 months before yours stay they still will not cancel it they will blame it on your third party but really the hotel has the authority to cancel and they will lie to you and say they don't they will keep your money knowing that their hotel is crappy. Save yourself and book elsewhere
