didn't like the stairs pulling away from the wall in the stairway, the 6hours we sat in the dark with water 4inches deep. the staff would not let us go to our room. need to take our meds. we stayed at the holiday inn on Sandhill Blvd Port Charlotte, Florida September 27&29th the night of the HURRICANE IAN.
LOVED THE BALCONY ROOM WITH THE WATER VIEW IT WAS CLEAN, STAFF WAS AMAZING AND THE PANCAKE MACHINE WAS AWESOME
Very friendly staff, very comfortable bed, clean, basic amenities provided. Good breakfast with ample choices for hot or cold food. Great view.

Shower was awesome! Front desk person was super nice.
Coffee and danish was great. Pancake machine was not working so breakfast was not a big deal.
I got to the hotel around 12pm and was told that I would be able to check in right away.

Liked how easy it was to get off highway. Next to good restaurants.
Everything was fine, the pool was closed on the day we went so that was disappointing but other than that the room was good. The breakfast was okay, the eggs didn’t have much flavor. We had family that stayed at the Hampton right next door and it was a better experience, pool was open, food was tastier.
The facility was clean & really convenient to the interstate. The continental breakfast was awful though.
