Property needs a remodeling

There was no lever to unplug the drain of the sink and we had to brush our teeth in the bathtub. We didn’t call for service because it was late and we were ready to sleep Water pressure was low and the water didn’t get very hot. The coffee pot needed manual pressure to work.

The hot tub was unclean, the room had a very distinct smell. Residue was all over the walls and base boards. The bathroom was as also unclean. Did not even stay 10 minutes(that’s how bad it was).

Everything was good, beds were comfortable. Room was quiet with no road noise. We opted for Cracker barrel for breakfast but there's looked good.

It is a nice hotel to stay on for 2-3 days.

Hot tub literally had a boot print in it, was very dirty, walls by it dirty with stuff on them. Ran the hot tub stuff came out of it. Toilet was disgusting, sheets very wrinkled. They are doing the bare minimum in those rooms. Won’t be back.

The location was convenient and the front desk staff was very friendly and responsive. However, the motel needs to be updated. The wallpaper in our room was peeling at different areas, there appeared to be mold on the nightstand, and there were stains on the bathroom wall by the toilet.

Room was moldy. Visible mold lurked behind the peeling wallpaper. The room stunk terribly and was unsafe to breathe. We requested a different room but none were available. We choose to find a different hotel. The desk staff was excellent and helped us secure a refund.

Hot tub was not very clean, so we did not use it.

We just needed a restful nights sleep & a shower for the morning after attending a concert the night before. This motel satisfied our needs. Convenient parking, safe environment, comfortable bed, good shower, small breakfast, good price, convenient to restaurants, gas stations & highway. Will stay here again if we need to go to Toledo.

The room was dated and TVs are outdated that don’t offer any type of streaming services. Only thing nice were bathroom, shower and hot tub. Everything else looks like it was from 1980. The deposit for incidentals is the highest I have seen with any hotel. $250.

Front desk very polite. Upon entering our room we noticed quickly that it was very dirty and definitely in need of a deep cleaning. Tons of soap scum in jetted tub, dirt and hair all over the floor and tables. Picked up the phone to call the front desk and was thoroughly sick by the hair & food debris on the phone. The front desk said no other rooms were available so our night away was cancelled. Stayed here multiple times over the years but definitely never again.

Not very clean around bathrub. Carpet was really worn out. Nice staff though

The property was in poor condition the first room I had had mold on the night stand and was missing most of the grout from the bathroom tiles, the walls were not clean and the floor looked like it wasn't vacuumed.The second room they gave me was better but still not real clean.

The in room jacuzzi and rainfall shower was a happy surprise. I slept well on the pillow top mattress. The gym could use a little work but I would stay there again!

breakfast was nice, but pretty crowded in the food area.
There is no way our carpet was vacuumed before we got to the room, so i went to get a vacuum and did it, which is not really fair. The desk clerk was nice and apologized.
