My key card didn’t work to open the door for the past two days we stayed there. I always had to ask maintenance/security to open the door for us, I tried to ask for a discount on the room. The pillows were really flat, I had to purchase my own pillows at Walmart.

Beds were very uncomfortable. The fan in the bedroom didn’t work.

The facilities were a bit outdated. The bathroom door looked very institutional, like a hospital room. The elevator acted up and would return to ground each time it reached the first floor selected.
What a nightmare this place is booked 2 nights july 2 to 4 through trivago got to the hotel to find out their's no reservation under my name,40 minutes later the selena front desk clerk tells me here is your room don't worry about it i'll take care of it,at check out same thing still no payment and same clerk tells me don't worry you won't be charged twice(lie)get home and got an email that they made another reservation and charged me again and told me its up to me to get it rectified.For my room dirty bathroom hair in a couple place pulled the fridge for seeting and dust galore everywhere very dirty grounds outside,pool had no towels went to front desk was told someone will bring some right away never got towels i was a regular here but no more.And to top it off Hilton charged me more then my trivago reservation avoid this place at all cost
Rooms were nice
Young group in the pool area unsupervised, throwing a ball, which hit us while in the hot tub and staff didn’t take seriously. They did compensate us the next day for the trouble.
the bedroom was clean
The amenities are very old. The mattress was horrible, with a "hole" on both sides. The hotel have virtually no bar. I arrived on a friday night, and restaurant and bar were closed!
The location is good, right at the top of the #1 subway line. Decent hotel to use as a hub to come and go
The outside grounds need attention, continental breakfast would have been nice. There was never anyone in the restaurant and at 19.99/pp for the breakfast buffet, I can see why.
I have stayed many times at this hotel and have always had exceptional service. The location is perfect for me. My question is "does anyone know who has purchased this hotel?" The site is showing no availability after early August 2025 and it has been confirmed that the hotel was sold. I would really like to book this location for mid-late August but am not sure who to contact. The reservation department has not been helpful in determining how to go about booking a room here in August
