Worst experience from start to finish.
Pros:

I did not like anything whatsoever. Breakfast was ok. Other than that, the whole experience was horrible.

Cons:

Customer service was disgusting. AC in the room wouldn’t go lower. It was hot overnight.

Pros:

I really enjoyed the bed. It's was super comfortable and the sheets smelled so fresh. It's didn't have many options for breakfast. But the breakfast was fresh and hot. Always had fresh clean towels and washcloths every day.

Cons:

I wished the pool wasn't heated. Because it's was over a hundred degrees every day I was there.

Nice, I would come back!
Pros:

Area was nice and quiet. Easy check in & check out. Pleasant stay.

Cons:

Pull out bed from couch isn’t the comfiest but worked fine as a bed. At night you can hear people talking outside the rooms as they walk by.

Was miserable to say the least, but tried to keep a positive attitude
Pros:

The bedroom felt very constrained due to the separation between it and the living room. An open space would probably have been better IMO. The bedboard was not cleaned properly, or perhaps the cleaner left handprints that looked like those of a prior host. The breakfast was flat and unexciting.

Cons:

The smell when first entering the lobby and throughout the whole place. Not sure why the smell was not so pleasant. The Ice machines on both the first and second floors were disgusting. There was free ice water downstairs, but by the time I realized where the ice came from, I was even more disgusted with the place

Rooftop Patio 🩷
Pros:

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I loved that they have an outdoor rooftop patio you can hang out once the indoor pool closes. It was so nice to be able to visit with our friends longer. (You will have to take a chair from the room or a blanket to sit on.) The breakfast was also good and there were several choices.
