It was a safe area to stay in it was a great place The people was nice The food was great I loved the food it was cooked to your liking great cook there even the guest was pleasant I really did like and enjoy my trip there Will come again to the same hotel and the employees they were so nice have not met a nice group when the whole group is nice I love it and I would recommend a lot of people to come to that one hotel thank you so much

This will be our facility of choice every trip to San Antonio, going forward.
Pros:

My family and I loved the room size and set up. The indoor pool was very warm during the colder nights. The location was an added bonus. It is centrally located to all the activities my family and I enjoy. My children were very amazed by the Texas shaped waffles that they were able to make for breakfast.

Cons:

The only thing that I disliked is there's only one entrance to the facility. However, that's not a deal breaker. The staff is very nice and helpful, from start to finish.

The pool needs a total rehab. One of the light was out of its socket and sitting on the edge of the pool. The area around the pool was black on the tile

Apart from the smell, everything was fine.

room not well cleaned and it smelled old. a small perfume would have been ideal.

I didn’t like that at time I did the check in the receptionist didn’t informed anything about the room service if need it to pay extra or anything since I stayed 2 nights next day I thought I was gonna room service and it never happened nothing was done no pick up trash nothing at all I ask why I didn’t get room service and they said because I paid for the light serve that was the answer.. so as I customer I was up set because I didn’t get informed about the extra fee for the room service. I don’t think this place appreciates theirs customers because it’s not the first time that I stay at this place. 😡😡
