Placement idéal pour la Spartan RACE.
Pros:

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour à l’Hôtel du Bourg à Valmorel. Le check-in tardif s’est fait sans aucune difficulté.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est également un vrai point fort : idéalement situé à proximité immédiate du centre de la station, tout est facilement accessible à pied, que ce soit les commerces, les restaurants ou les animations.

Pour notre participation à la Spartan Race, la localisation était idéale. Les infrastructures et zones de départ/arrivée étaient rapidement accessibles, ce qui simplifie énormément la logistique le jour de la course.

Cons:

Il faut savoir que les parkings gratuits se situent à l’extérieur de la station, ce qui peut nécessiter un peu de marche.

Par ailleurs, la chambre nous a semblé un peu “ancienne” dans son aménagement et sa décoration. Cela reste fonctionnel, mais un rafraîchissement apporterait clairement un plus en termes de confort et d’expérience globale.

Pros:

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels im Ort ist perfekt.
Restaurants, Bushaltestelle und Schilift in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.
Nutzung einer Sauna war für mich ein großer Pluspunkt.
Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.
Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Wenn es laut auf der Straße ist, hört man es im Zimmer.
Matratzen anscheinend etwas älter.

Quelques nuisances sonores durant la nuit.

Nice little stay in the Alps
Pros:

The atmosphere in the hotel was warm and cosy, which is what tends to be looked for in accommodations in the mountains.
I was spending the weekend as a volunteer for an event and had to leave the hotel early in the mornings. The staff opened the breakfast room hours before it was meant for us, which I think was very nice.

Cons:

The room was not soundproofed and unfortunately I was awakened by people at night in the street bellow my room. Otherwise, even though I think the hotel was charming, I am aware that the price I paid is due to its location in a ski resort.

Cons:

It is very dated which isn’t a big deal but it really needs refurbishment. The rooms are really dirty and worn out. Shower curtain made me feel sick just looking at it
