La posizione la camera al primo piano spaziosa letti comodi il parcheggio coperto struutura inserita in un bel parco colazione sufficente

Cons:

Doccia piccola check in alle 17 troppo tardi e camera venuta pronta solo alle 19 check out alle 10 troppo presto in altri posti è sempre pronta anche prima

Только бассейн и местоположение, 3 звезды, даже одного не стоит, надо обновлять и руководству, и всё, полотенца для бассейна на ресепшена взяться, говорят сейчас , через час, потом через три часа, спрашиваю есть, говорят в стиральной машине😂, насчёт завтрака слов нету, самый худший в жизни не видел

Вообще кто управляет ,за заведением? Лучше продать кому-то кто-то мог, обновлять все, жаль такая хорошее место , и территория и бассейн, а всё остальное , просто ужас, 😨 даже нервы не хватает написать. Если бы нервы хватали, то книгу можно написать😂👎

Best 3 day break we have spent in a long time.
Pros:

Our ground floor room was excellent with a terrace as I have some difficulty with stairs. Email response excellent before we came from Nathan. The gardens are superb with many areas to sit in sun or shade. Excellent pool. Situated on coastal path to Cap Ferrat or Beaulieu sur Mer. Breakfasts and snack lunches very good. All staff on site were very polite and helpful.

Cons:

Would prefer slightly more stable steps down into the pool.
We arrived in the dark and missed finding our block sign 200 in the dark.
Maybe larger bath towels changed each day as folded up damp during room service.

Pros:

We really liked the surroundings, the view, the nature, the greenery, the swimming pools, and the location.

Cons:

The property is presented on Booking.com as a hotel, but it is actually a bungalow-style resort. Because of this, we were not prepared for this type of accommodation.

If this had been clearly stated in the description and shown in the photos, we definitely would have arrived better prepared. Since we were travelling with children, this would have made our stay much more comfortable.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was far from satisfactory.

Also, if you bring any food into the apartment, you will soon have some uninvited guests — ants, and lots of them.

Beautiful location but the hotel needs some TLC

The location is wonderful and extremely picturesque!

Cons:

We had no WiFi for the entire week despite numerous attempts to resolve it, the reception staff were unable to help and informed they would speak to the technician but to no avail.
The room was also infested with ants!
We ended up leaving early.
