Installation and furniture are old.
The buildings need to be repeinted
Breakfast was poor. Only industrial product. Bad Bakery product . Not much choice. Bad fruit.

They knowingly put a 14 month baby and a pregnant woman in a room without functioning air conditioning and wouldn’t chan

The view and the location are excellent.

Cons:

Poor staff management, willing give away rooms that they know the ac does not work, they overbook and won’t change your room.

I needed to follow up several times to get it changed.

A mixed bag - a great location and great pool but leave the rest

Pros:

Amazing location, 2 min walk to the beach,(and all the other beaches on Cap Ferrat within easy walking distance)
Easy access to Nice,Villefranche,Eze,Monaco etc on public transport, bus stop just outside and train station 10 min walk, makes traveling the coastline so easy, and is very cheap,
Hotel grounds are immaculate
Swimming pool is also immaculate with stunning views
Breakfast included was very good
The room itself ( 2 adults,2 children) was clean and comfortable
Air Con was a life saver,very refreshing
Overall a great place to stay if you want a relaxing holiday or plan to explore the french riviera

Cons:

Shower and toilet are small, but not really a problem
No fridge in room, it would be nice to keep cold drinks in

Average hotel. Expensive for what you get. Bathrooms need a deep clean.
Cons:

Property is old and needs an update. Rooms were okay but needed a deep clean. Showers had some mould and dirt in them. No fridge or kettle facilities. Staff weren’t very helpful. Location is okay. Breakfast was very bare and nothing was really nice.

Non sono praticamente riuscito a dormire per il terribile odore in camera, di fogna chimica e muffa.
Ho avvisato anche lo staff della situazione, ma nulla è stato fatto. Ho chiesto di verificare la camera con me, ma son stato velocemente liquidato.
Anche il Wi-Fi non era funzionante.
Inaccettabile per il costo richiesto

Hotel très bien situé avec un vue magnifique sur la mer

Cons:

Les jardiniers passent le souffleur à feuilles sous les fenêtres des chambres à 8h le matin.
Cela ne semble pas déranger quand on en parle à la réception de l'hôtel. Cela reflète le sentiment qu'on a dans cet hôtel qui recherche à avoir un certain standing mais qui n'assure pas ce standing. Idem avec les pigeons qui rendent presque impossible d'utiliser la belle terrasse.
On sent le personnel dépassé.

Pros:

Posizione sul sentiero del litorale, vista dalla colazione. Stanza con balconcino, camere insonorizzate e bel parco nel complesso.

Cons:

Lenzuola macchiate (vedi foto), check in dalle 17 e check out alle 10, parcheggio costoso 14€ a notte. Nessuna cuffia da doccia in bagno, solo un sapone per tutto. Piccioni che salivano sui tavoli della colazione al mattino

Great position could be absolutely perfect.
Pros:

Great location easy access to near by places.
Beautiful views from the pool.
Position of the hotel is perfect.
Clean room.

Cons:

Poor coffee in the dining room.
Food was poor,
we ate out each day.
Pool area and bar needs cleaning and maintaining.
Couldn’t have drinks around the pool (not even in plastic cups) so had to sit outside the pool
Which was busy and untidy.
No coffee or tea making facilities in our room.
Garden areas were unkept and in need of attention.

Otelin konumu, doğası oldukça güzel. Odaların her gün temizlenmesi ve havluların her gün değişmesi iyi. Yemekler azdı ama lezzetliydi genel olarak. Otelin biraz yakınında oldukça güzel bir plaj vardı denizi mükemmeldi. Çocukla seyahat için uygum bir otel ve yaşlılar için de uygun. Anismasyondaki maria ve mehdi en güleryüzlü personeldi.

Cons:

Bakımsız bir otel genel olarak. Ortak alanları temizlik konusunda çok zayıf. Halılar, tuvaletler temiz değildi. Heryer örümcek ağıyla kaplıydı. Akşam yemeğinde sadece alkollü içki ücretsiz alabiliyosunuz, soft drinkleri para ile alabiliyorsunuz. (Bizim konaklamamız akşam yemeği ve sabah kahvaltısı dahil konseptti) Otelin dibindeki deniz çok temiz gelmedi.
