Super lokalizacja, piękne widoki i piękny basen. Idealne miejsce na odpoczynek.

Cons:

Remont w pokojach/domach był bardzo średni. Nie było czajnika, kieliszków, talerzyka ani nawet lodówki. Beznadziejny stan szafy i ciasna łazienka. Pod prysznicem nie było się jak umyć nie uderzając o ściany czy drzwi kabiny. Mnóstwo mrówek, w łazience w toalecie w pokoju. Śniadanie straszne, kawa okropna. Jedyne co można było zjeść to croissant i sok pomarańczowy z automatu.

Территория - попадаешь на машине времени в золотые mid century, сохранена архитектура и поддерживаются интерьеры в стиле того времени, просторная территория - что дорогого стоит в тесном прибрежном пространстве. advised reception multiple times needed to work etc wifi does not work in rooms at all and in entire complex only works near the dining room
also have to leave a deposit for the room safe and walk around with the key for the safe on a cord which is not safe
also no vegan options at all
hotel is non responsive re wifi although aware of the issue
very 70s dated golden girls style hotel and mostly for older crowd on vacation package
location is amazing and well as view from terrace
they also charge for a pool towel

Repos dans un cadre magique et à un prix abordable...!
Pros:

La chambre bien spacieuse, un balcon donnant sur le jardin, jardin d'ailleurs extrêmement attirant et reposant, avec une vue sur la baie de Beaulieu, particulièrement magnifique, avec lever de soleil chaque matin... situation idéale pour prendre un excellent buffet petit déjeuner face à la mer (la confiture citron de Menton est fabuleuse)

Cons:

Franchement, j'ai beau chercher, je ne trouve rien à dire... Tout était parfait, de la gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel à la qualité des équipements, et je ne vous parle pas de la vue......!!

Fabuloso lugar.
Pros:

El entorno, los jardines y la piscina. Un lugar para descansar, leer, y bajar a la playa.

Cons:

Por decir algo, el desayuno puede mejorarse (especialmente zumos y croissant, dos básicos a mejorar). Las sillas y mesas de plástico también. Con un pequeño esfuerzo, el hotel sería completamente perfecto.

Great option for a reasonably priced hotel in an expensive neighborhood
Pros:

Just think you can have the same position as the $2,000 a night Royal Riviera next door for 1/8 the price. Of course you won’t be rubbing shoulders with the rich and famous, and you will have to walk 50 yards to eat at the Royal Riviera’s great restaurants. On the other hand you can get a decent breakfast at Decloy (included in the room rate). And have an okay dinner at Decloy with mere mortals.The shower is much smaller, as is the room. The common areas are a little run-down, but the views from the pool and restaurant are the same as the Royal. The room was clean, the bed large enough, and nights were quiet. All for a very reasonable price in particular considering that this is St Jean Cap Ferrat.

Bon séjour dans un hôtel calme et accueillant.
Pros:

Excellent emplacement. Chambres confortables et environnement très calme. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel très acceuillant.

Cons:

La piscine n'était pas chauffée contrairement à ce qui était indiqué, c'est notre second séjour dans cet hôtel où nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine. Qualité des repas au dîner moyenne.
