Room was so clean, which was great. Everywhere seemed really clean.
Our room just felt really hot at night, unsure how to cool it down.
Lifts sometimes took forever.
The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the center of Reading so easy access to all amenities.

Shower did not work . There was no drinking water . Air conditioning did not work

Having telephoned a number of times to book a parking space, with the phone never answered. I arrived at the hotel car park trying to work out how and where to park. There was no where to stop outside the hotel nor anywhere to park. The parking spaces to the rear of the hotel were blocked off with bollards and there was no one available to advise me what to do.
There was no where to stop out the front and the back of the hotel was very scruffy!

Rooms are clean and beds are comfy.
The location is very convenient as a short walk from the train station and pubs/bars/restaurants.
The two ladies at reception, Lucy and Hinol (I think that was her name), were absolutely lovely and so very helpful and welcoming.

The room was 4 million degrees with no air conditioning. You also have to book as an add-on for the pool.
The hotel was conveniently situated for our event and was pet friendly. The location was in the city centre so the surrounding area was busy with plenty of shopping opportunities and nightlife. The room was comfortable and clean. The room was well equipped with ample bathroom products but could have had more complimentary tea/coffee making facilities. Off street parking was available but limited. Fortunately I was able to reserve a space however the hotel EV charging points were all in use.

Everything fantastic stay
A very modern hotel, with a smart reception and warm welcome from the concierge Marissa. Very comfortable bed and pillow, very good shower. Well located for an easy walk to Reading station.
