Hotel tranquillo. Camere pulite. Colazione più che discreta.
Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
L'importante è che non ci si aspetti una struttura termale. Come appoggio per visitare l'isola è sicuramente da considerare.

Das Hotel hat ein Billion Dollar smile, es ist toll gelegen, es gibt eine Mitarbeiterin die wirklich heraussticht und sehr freundlich ist, sie macht früh den Kaffee und kümmert sichbum die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Das Gattopardo war sicherlich mal ein Luxushotel aber: wie mir erzählt wurde haben sich die Besitzer die Brpder sind zerstritten und das Hotel lag 3 Jahre brach. So sieht es da auch aus. Es ist definitiv kein spa Hotel wie es in der Beschreibung steht, da es keine Spa Behandlungen gibt. Die Räumlichkeiten in denen Spa angeboten wurden sind alle verriegelt. Der Flur zu meinem Zimmer sah grausam aus, total dreckig und es standen tagelang Nachbarzimmer offen mit umgeworfenen Stühlen. Das Frühstück bestand aus hervorragenden Kaffee und sonst Nix weiter. Wurst die tagelang immer wieder angeboten wurde, Scheiblettenkäse der zerschmolzen war, ein Stück Butter war voller Schimmel und schon grün, ich habe das auch dem Personal gezeigt. Ansonsten gab es Madeleines aus dem Supermarkt in Plastik verpackt. Besonders unangenehm war ein Mann namens Wladimir, er gab sich aus als der Vater der Frau die mit dem Besitzer verheiratet ist und wohnte nebenan. Er hat mich mehrfach sexuell belästigt, mit Worten und auch angefasst ohne dass ich ihm Zeichen gegeben hätte dass ich das möchte. Er hat mich mehrfach eingeladen zum Weintrinken, da die Besitzer auch einen kleinen Weinberg nebenan haben. Ich habe immer wieder abgelehnt. Er hat mich ungewollt angefasst.

Bellissima struttura, purtroppo essendo datata avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione .
Se si è stati albergatori ad un certo punto bisogna tornare sui propri passi.
La proprietaria gentilissima, ma coe dicevo ad un certo punto non puoi gestire un albero alla suae età

I had hopes when they were able to accommodate an early check in but was quickly let down. The stated amenities are fraudulently portrayed. There is no restaurant except at the very bottom of a cliff not on premises. The hotel is in extremely poor shape and strongly smelled of sewer. There was not WiFi, no working elevator, no beach shuttle, not even water in the room or nearby to purchase.
The pools were in dire need of a cleaning.
The smell was overwhelming causing us to leave early. Do not stay here.

Hotel da ristrutturare. Hanno provato ad assegnarmi una tipologia di camera diversa (singola e non doppia uso singola come pagato).
Non consigliabile sotto tutti i punti di vista.

I can't give it a terrible review because they switched my rooms the next day. BUT, the first room had a gas leak. I could smell it, and they switched us to a tiny room that smelled musty and had one tiny window. So we left the door open but all the mosquitoes got in. The property hasn't been maintained so that's why the reviews are not great. It's quite sad, because the outdoor pools "look" nice, but the tiles are coming off. And finally when we got our big room, you can't even keep the doors open. The beds weren't comfortable. For the price we paid, it was "acceptable" so we stayed another night. Breakfast was super basic, and clearly they didn't have many guests. The nicest person was the guy working at the desk. He was lovely. But our first night there was really terrible. The masseuse was amazing. One of the best I've had. I wish I could give her 10 stars. it would be so costly to renovate this hotel, but it has a lot of potential. Even clay courts if you play tennis. But alas, time has passed and it didn't feel luxurious. The coffee in the morning was also terrible - we couldn't drink it. I hate to write such a bad review, but this hotel is definitely not up to American standards. Uncomfortable beds, rooms that smell. Maybe when the hotel is full, it doesn't feel as "sad" but the price was the reason why we stayed. The weather was terrible with strong winds in Ischia so you couldn't go to the beach or pool.

Not really appreciate being charged for towels for the pool when I was able to return them the same day and they try to charge me for 3 days of Pool towels, also charge for water that we requested in our room, it should be complementary.

Bra opphold. Vi ordinær lunsj, lite spennende på menyen. Litt løse fliser i basseng. Godt internett i resepsjon og i bassengområdet. Dårlig inne på rommet. Vi hadde det fint!

Wonderful stay. Great pools, very nice design. Quiet romantic location beside wineyards, several nice restaurants in walking distantce. Very friendly service.

FRAUD. FRAUD. FRAUD. THIS IS NOT A 4 star hotel but a 1 star. It was a 4 star back in 1960. The place is suppose to have a shuttle to get around but it was broken. You have to wear a shower cap in the pool at all times. Also, watch out for the metal chicken wire in the drains because it cut my hand. We stayed in Italy for 28 days and this was the worst hotel of them all. Stay somewhere else unless you like to overpay and stay in a dump.

Salvo solo la gentilezza del personale. Al mio arrivo l’amara sorpresa di scoprire che questo hotel è isolato dal mondo e SENZA la navetta . Per quale motivo pubblicizzare un qualcosa se poi non è vero? Nei pressi dell’albergo raramente passa un autobus, pertanto se non si vuole camminare per strade tortuose almeno 1 km devi investire sul taxi. Stanze molto piccole, mai mi è successo di avere una stanza in cui il televisore ho fatto fatica a posizionarlo, trovando il modo di metterlo su una sedia e distante dal letto. Colazione molto scarsa e per i celiaci ed allergici come me è un bel problema. Peccato perché la struttura merita molto e potrebbe essere sfruttata maggiormente.
