Paris au calme dans un quartier vivant.
Pros:

Bien placé. Rue et quartier vivant et sûr.
Accueil rapide et très aimable. Hôtel moderne un peu en retrait derrière porte cochère donc calme.
Métros à proximité.

Cons:

Rien de spécial. Fonctionnel sans forcément beaucoup de charme mais à Paris...

Atención del personal, ubicación, tranquilidad, calidad.

Cons:

Servicio de habitaciones no muy bueno. La cama no se hacía correctamente, no se arregla como debería para un hotel como el suyo. No se ordenaba, la cama no estaba bien hecha y las toallas no se colocaban bien y ni tan solo se molestaban en colocar los cojines en la cabecera de la cama. Son cosas no importantes pero no es adecuado.

Great Neighbourhood
Pros:

The room was good and the neighbourhood is great. We were there during the riots, yet felt safe walking around near the hotel.

Cons:

We asked the staff to book a van to take us and our luggage to Gare de Lyon. They booked a cab but the driver who showed up refused to take all our luggage (even though he had a sedan BMW and we have had all our luggage in a Suzuki Prius before) The driver also refused to take more than one person, so I hopped in by myself as the hotel staff had already packed half of our luggage in. I now feel this was unwise as the environment in the taxi was very unsettling. After we took off, I measured our route against google maps and he took the wrong turn each time, because he was talking the whole time on the phone. I tried to find his driver number to report him, but it was not displayed. My journey took ten minutes longer than the street cab my daughter and husband caught after me, and I almost missed my train. I felt unsafe with this taxi driver. In every other hotel I have stayed in, staff have good relationships with drivers and have called professional people. At this hotel, rather than holding the driver to a standard, they seemed to be apologising to him for asking him to do his job of taking me and my family and luggage to Gare de Lyon.

Rustig gelegen hotel met prima faciliteiten met alles in de buurt.
Pros:

Locatie, rustig gelegen, maar alles is in de buurt. Horeca, winkels en metro prima te belopen. Prima ontbijt en eigen parkeer gelegenheid bij het hotel. 24 uur receptie met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

De twee beschikbare liften waren ‘s morgens tegelijkertijd in gebruik door de interieur verzorgers, waardoor wachttijd voor een lift aardig opliep.

Stylish, comfortable well located hotel with helpful staff.

Location in Montparnasse close to the station. This is such a vibrant, busy, atmospheric, very French, part of the city. Great bars and restaurants nearby.
