Angry about parking fee and the total lack of parking.
Cons:

I think it is unconscionable that you charge for parking. What a joke. You nickel and dime us for everything. And then the second night I was there, there was not a single parking space available. Not one. I had to park in the street. True, I got a refund of the parking fee for that night, but I had to ask for it. Your constant need to extract more and more money from me is making me reconsider where I will stay.

everyone we interacted with was helpful, and we had a great experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay! The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and overall exceeded our expectations.

Cons:

The only downside was that there was limited staff available during the night, especially considering it was a busy weekend because of the concert.
