Disappointing
Pros:

The room was nice

Cons:

There was no mention of the construction at all. And there was a terrible stench in the hallway. The only working elevator didn’t seem very safe.

Beautiful mosaic mural of Auburn campus in the breakfast area. Good location

Undergoing renovations. Mattress was saggy. Drawer did not have a handle to pull it open.

Running kids
Pros:

Despite the property being renovated, it was still clean. The pillows were great!!! I'm going to order four.

Cons:

I was on the third floor and endured a couple of kids running on the fourth floor as well as their TV volume been extremely high. I wake up to the same garage. I called down stairs, and finally the noise subsided. I can't believe parents would allow their kids to just run and behave as if they were outside.

Hotel overall is good.. remodeling in progress
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. Looked like it had been recently remodeled. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Cons:

Was not aware there was remodeling going on until we arrived. The breakfast was not what we expected, so we went out for breakfast. The lighting in the room felt dim.

Excellent, we will stay here every year.
Pros:

Everything was great. They are remodeling the facility so I know it will be even more pretty once completed. The rooms were very clean especially the bathroom. It was super quite and breakfast was great.

Good location and room was great
Pros:

Location was easy to find and convenient distance to the university. Breakfast options were good, and the room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

I think the front desk staff could be trained in customer service. I had to wait almost ten minutes while pressing the bell, calling out and even knocking on the side door before a guy appeared out of the back to check us out. When we arrived the young lady gave us energy as if we distured her trying to check into the room.
I knew by the reviews that the hotel was in the middle of renovation, but I was uncertain of my family's health since we were placed in a room right next to the construction zone. There were no air purifiers, and there was a slight oder walking to our room.
