Hospital trip so walk up room , noisy dog ,clerk said cheaper if walk in,no cxl for booking. Com even no inform on eleva

No elevator,no cancel, no phone, no clock , dog
barking on 3rd floor, at 11pm, had to call hotel on cell to talk to front desk, clerk not motivated to climb stairs to handle situation.

Pros:

Breakfast was the best thing about the place.

Cons:

It is cheaper to book directly with the hotel than this site. It is across the street from a needle exchange facility. Multiple people were passed out on the sidewalks. Staff was rude. One elevator was not working. It is very close to the dome which is a good thing. When we checked out there were 3 cop cars in the entrance driveway.

Please fix the elevator!
Pros:

I liked the location because I needed a close place to stay to where I needed to go during my stay in Tacoma.

Cons:

The elevator not working, it was confusing taking stairs to parking lot and to the room, I was on third floor and asthmatic , yes the staff offered a free cancellation but I don’t know the area and they were the only place close to where I needed to go and I was traveling to Tacoma first time from Florida. The staff was friendly and helpful all the time, no complaints in that.

Pros:

The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly, I stayed here for a few nights, and the location is super convenient for concerts at Tacoma Dome.
