Cons:

Il check in e il check out in autonomia sono stati un po' troppo in autonomia. Nessuno mi ha accolto o salutato né al mio arrivo né alla mia partenza. Mi è sembrato un po' strano.

Very pleased. Love Radisson hotels.
Pros:

Great location. Good breakfast. Friendly helpful staff.Dressing table mirror. Great shower and bathroom. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Gap between the bed and dressing table very narrow difficult at night when going to the loo.

Extremely Disappointed
Pros:

Location was excellent, staff were helpful. Room was well presented, the AC and blackout curtains great.
Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Layout of the hotel rather confusing.
Lighting in the room was poor and it felt cramped. The beds themselves weren't comfortable.
The bathroom was in a terrible state, broken handle with poor lock bolted onto it, mold on the ceiling and trim falling apart around the bath, cracked tiles.
Expected better for a Raddisson, particularly for the price. Had better in a Travel lodge.
Parking was confusing, it reports as full when it isn't, as they hold spaces for hotel guests, but no instructions what to do. The call button didn't work.

Very upset with cleaning of bathroom
Pros:

Did not book a breakfast so not able to comment

Cons:

Finding pubic hairs in the shower tray asked cleaner to remove/ clean the shower tray again only to return at midnight to the same mess had to clean up myself did this to staff as very annoyed to have to clean my own bathroom not something I would have expected

This was an excellent choice for a short stay in York; the centre could not have been closer and the staff were always v

Quality hotel
Right in the city centre, but nevertheless with parking
Friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

Something amiss in the booking process - I had requested twin beds and availability was confirmed but not shown in the computer when I arrived; fortunately they were able to find such a room.
The rooms were quite small with little space to arrange clothes (no cupboard/shelves)
