This is the fifth time we have held our RAPTC Military Veterans Reunion event in this excellent hotel after hugely successful events in the previous four years. Once again our event was a brilliant success thanks mainly to the excellence of the hotel, all of the staff and the superb standard of service throughout the whole weekend. In particular, I must single out Valentina Semeraro (Meetings and Events Planning Manager) who has been my regular point of contact and could not have been more helpful or efficient in every aspect of organising and managing the weekend functions with very large numbers in attendance. Valentina moves heaven and earth to make sure that everything goes according to plan and she must be highly valued by the hotel for her efficiency and effectiveness. I have received nothing but high praise from my members for the quality of the hotel, the helpful and friendly staff and excellent service which was faultless throughout. I would also like to thank Chef Simon and his team who produced the most excellent food for large numbers on both nights, which was served efficiently, piping hot and which tasted absolutely delicious. A huge thank you to Swap who could not have been more helpful in making sure that things ran like clockwork on both evenings, along with Albert who managed the bar and beverages so efficiently over the whole weekend. Every single member of the staff team deserves great credit for being so efficient, friendly, cheerful and so helpful. The hotel is central to the city, close to the train station and has parking which is always a bonus with city centre hotels. The hotel is very modern, clean and the standard of rooms is excellent. I had the pleasure of meeting the new General Manager Amanda Knowles again and my sincere gratitude goes to her and her entire team for looking after us so well again. We have established a great relationship over the years and I look forward already to hopefully returning for our event next year in 2027.

Very quiet.
Breakfast 16 pounds! My wife and I like a small breakfast, maybe a croissant or a slice of toast and to have to pay 16 pounds is quite frankly absurd!
We will not be back! Sorry.
The location was very good, and the breakfast was great.
We booked and arrived late, and the staff were great trying to accommodate us at short notice.
Access to our room was awkward. And we couldn't get parking on site. The alternate parking station had some technical problems on payment.
Brilliant location! Lady at reception was lovely! Breakfast was really good. Lovely touch of 2 free drinks for my husbands birthday
The location was good, the staff were helpful, the room was compact but had everything I needed.
I tried calling them twice the day before my stay but no-one answered the phone. It wasn't clear where the car park was and I had to go to reception to get them to raise the barrier.
Breakfast wasn’t included ( even a continental) so paid for one day
No seating in the restaurant lots of full tables with empty trays at the counter.
Waiting for food to be bought out for at least 15 minutes.
Staff were so busy working hard to clean tables but I felt the hotel kitchen , waiters were understaffed.
Of course it was Easter .
Got a decent price
No parking - all
Spaces gone by 3.15 on a Sunday
