room fully carpeted, so no stilleto noise that you get sometimes. outlook from room was as sold, fine view of city and abbey, goid location for station and city.
breakfast choices were poor, compared to other brand hotels. ie no mushrooms, haah briwns,black pudding. all which are expected as part of english full breakfast. no fresh fruit as in apple oranges or bananas. no porridge, or cerials like corn flakes. poor show fo £19.00.

Receptionist was lovely, allowed us to check in way earlier than our original check in time and location is great.

Our room was situated right next to the elevator lift so it was quite noisy and did disturb our sleep
