Not major issues but expect better of Radisson

Great location. Nice bar area overlooking river

Cons:

Lack of care by staff - housekeeping and then reception. 1st night only one set of towels for 2 guests and no body wash or notion lotion. Told reception but not rectified for 2nd night and toilet roll not replenished - less than roll for two nights. Room smelled damp and was really cold. Can appreciate oversights but expect rectified when mention to reception. Also told when checked out who said would contact me but didn’t.
Also move to kiosk check in didn’t work but meant only one person on reception. Expect human service at a Radisson

Location was very good , staff very friendly and we were able to get into room slightly early which helped .

Hotel staff really not helpful at all

Cons:

The Hotel charged me twice, and after a month, I still have not received a refund. I'm having trouble reaching them and keep being sent to the main office in Egypt. They don't answer the phone in the reception. Avoid at all cost unless you are will to be ripped off. Also the Hotels and Restaurants around the area seem to make the prices up as they go.
