There were twin beds in my room rather than the requested double bed. There was very little space between the bed and the desk

Lovely place
Pros:

There was a queue to check in but they had screens so you can check in yourself.
Great location.
Very clean.
Great view from room of the river
Bar area is competitively priced

It was a bit of a walk to the room, and confusing. Not many staff around to ask as they were checking people in

Staff was very lovely and welcoming. The location is great. The atmosphere of the hotel is nice. There was a small fridge in the room.

Cons:

The room was cold and the aircon was not effective warming it up. The blanket was only one and small, and the pillows were uncomfortable. I struggled through the night with the temperature and the bed..

I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
Pros:

Very close to the railway station and the city centre. Friendly, helpful staff. Cosy double room had everything I could want and was perfect for my solo trip

Beds were comfortable but pillows were lumpy and hard, making it difficult to get a good night sleep.
Bathrooms were very dated and grotty. They were clean but in desperate need of refurbishment!
Car park was small and tight for large cars but convenient non the less

Lovely short stay
Pros:

Clean, in a good location, welcoming

Cons:

The corridor on the first floor to the second set of lifts is absolutely freezing. Room walls are paper thin, could hear people in the next room sneeze.
