Best location , accommodating staff .
Pros:

Excellent location , helpful staff . I had a room with a small kitchen , which was very handy.

Cons:

Breakfast was very chaotic . The usual coffee shop is being renovated , so guests were squeezed into small rooms elsewhere . The staff are trying their best in the circumstances but it’s quite stressful for them too .

Goede lokatie maar kamers ruilen naar rook.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt mooi in het centrum. Het ontbijt was ook prima.

Cons:

De niet rokers kamer stonk naar rook. Sowieso stonk de hele gang naar rook.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Kreuzung. Wegen der vielen E-Autos kann man aber sogar nachts das Fenster auflassen.
Alles perfekt. Durch die unmittelbare Nähe zu Metro ist alles leicht erreichbar.
Für kleinere Restaurants muss man etwas (10-15 min) laufen.
Für den grossen Geldbeutel findet man ringsrum alle bekannten Designerlabels.

Reception excellent
Pros:

The Reception staff and Manager/duty Manager were excellent, I had an issue with my visa departure date and they were more than helpful
Room was a good size, large comfortable bed and a bath as well as a shower

Great location and wonderful service.
Pros:

Very grateful for the staff upgraded our room. The hotel is at great location, close to DeJi Plaza and the subway station. The staffs are super friendly.

Cons:

The facility was a bit old if you prefer very modern hotels. The car park at the front is bit crowded.

Everything was perfect!
Pros:

It´s a high class hotel with great service. The staff is absolutely helpful and they helped me a lot to find some places in the city. The breakfast ist just perfect!!! I highly recommand this place.

The Go To in Nanjing
Pros:

I first stayed here in 2011 and return every time I visit Nanjing. The location is excellent and the room is always comfortable and value for money (relatively speaking). Staff English levels have improved over the years.

Cons:

The WiFi wasn't great when connected to my phone. It was fine on my laptop.
