Pratunam City Inn

Very convenient area, except for the public transport (BTS) which is a bit far drom the hotel.

Service very bad.

Room is very clean and spacious. Staff are found not very friendly which may because of language problems

In the Pratunam area of Bangkok, you are close to Ha-Ang a Chicken Hawker restaurant that is to die for. Walking distance to Neon night market.

Quiet hotel but no air-con in lobby and walkway. Many cockroaches in room. Stained bedsheets which were not changed throughout my 6D5N stay. Smelly pillows and quilts. Located near Talad Neon. Hotel located in a set of shoplots which caused inconvenience to Grab drivers as they need to collect coupon and stamp them at lobby everytime they pick up or drop off at the hotel.

Good location. Staff were friendly.
But the shower was faulty, lack of amenities like toothbrush, tissue paper.

The drive-in street into the hotel is inconvenient though the location is fairly convenient.
It will be nicer is hotel were to provide toothbrush & tooth paste.

Otherwise, staff are friendly and hotel is clean - thumbs up on these! :)

cheep and good place

Location good.5 min walk night market. Mrt 15 min walk. Next street go some stall selling food. Overall no bad. But one power Point and fridge split. Services OK.

Not convenient area, hotel is run down and service is bad

Three bedroom was small, the sockets are all broken, we couldn’t even charge our electronic devices well.
we had to talk to the lady owner and the front desk but they didn’t care, and the room has no fully toiletries provided.
Room got bad smell. My family are not happy with their service, and the room. Please take action. Thank you

Location is inconvenient.
Nothing in the surrounding, no food stall, no train, no shelter.

Nice hotel staff

The morning staff there was friendly. However, the lady on the night shift wasn't. When asked questions, she nvr answer. The water pressure in the bathroom is also terrible. Inform the staff and did nothing. And also the bed is slanted too. Those going there, if pay slightly more, u can book a better one.

Clean out-of the way Hotel,about a half mile from pratunam market. Otherwise slot of India Restaurant s.

The hotel staffs are friendly and courteous. Fast check-in and check-out. Price is reasonable for budget traveler.

Good location for shopping in Bangkok.
About 10 minutes walk to Central World.
There are several markets near by to try some street foods.

Sound insulation Not good.

Great stayed..nice and quiet .. good size of lobby , using lift up and down.. very easy excess , surround by shopping and hotels

Hotel accessible to city and near to breakfast and dinner providers. Overall, okay.
