Très très agréable
Pros:

L’accueil, la vue, la terrasse avec jacuzzi et le service de façon générale
Le PDJ était exceptionnel à la hauteur de l’établissement de ce standing

EXTRAORDINARY in EVERY way!
Pros:

Run, go and reserve this exquisite Villa Boutique hotel in Capri. There's a REASON why Trip Advisor has given its coveted YELLOW Best Award of the year (green used to be the best, and now it's YELLOW).

My husband and I had the most magnificent stay in this extraordinary villa hotel. From our first steps into the Villa on a grey, cloudy, and rainy day to the last day (also grey and rainy), everyone was ever so kind. We simply could not have asked for a warmer welcome. Inside the villa, everything was glowing with perfection. Everyone involved in creating a perfect lodging experience is to be thanked and recognized for their warmth and hospitality.

Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and quiet overlooking the sea. We could have stayed in our room the entire time (due to the rain) and still had a perfect experience. The staff went out of their way to fulfill our requests.

Each of our meals from breakfast to dinner was far better than most of the eateries during our 2-week Amalfi sojourn . . . kudos to the chef and his staff. Their Delizia a Limone dessert was the BEST among all that we tried during our 2-week trip (and we enjoyed nearly 14 versions of these).

Luxury Villa Excelsior Parco is absolutely one of the top 3 lodging experiences of our lives, and we hope to return someday soon.

Esperienza impeccabile: siamo stati accolti con grande professionalità e, con nostra piacevole sorpresa, ci è stato offerto un upgrade dalla camera standard alla suite con piscina esterna.
Organizzazione, serietà e capacità manageriale davvero al top.

Luxury on Capri
Pros:

Truly an amazing experience from the moment we arrived until we departed. Not a single detail was spared in order to enhance our experience. Every staff member was pleasant and professional. We had a room with a balcony and a private jacuzzi and ate our sumptuous breakfast out there each morning. We had dinner at the hotel as well which was excellent. The transportation to the city center, the helpful suggestions of itinerary, the constant communication were impeccable. The nicest hotel experience we have ever had.

Parfait, et vraiment agréable.
Pros:

Service au petits soins. Attentions faites quotidiennement pour que tout se passe au mieux. Des détails dont on voit la difference par rapport a d'autres hotels classiques 5 etoiles. Une courtoisie à l'image de la villa, pleine de charme !

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Luxury Villa Excelsior Parco. The villa is beautifully located in a serene and picturesque area, making it the perfect retreat while still being conveniently close to local attractions. The breakfast room is bright, elegant, and inviting, offering a delicious selection of fresh items to start the day perfectly. The personnel were exceptionally friendly and professional, always attentive without being intrusive. The villa itself is spotless, luxurious, and extremely comfortable, making every moment of my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a first-class experience.

Cons:

The only minor improvement I’d suggest is stronger WiFi, especially in rooms further out towards the balcony or near the jacuzzi, but this didn’t overshadow the overall excellent experience. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Hotel Excelsior Parco was truly unforgettable! From the very first moment, we were welcomed with incredible warmth and genuine hospitality. The entire team is attentive, professional, and so kind – you immediately feel at home.

The hotel itself is a true gem: a beautifully restored Art Nouveau villa full of charm, elegance, and character. The rooms are stunning.
The rooftop terrace with the Jacuzzi is an absolute highlight – the perfect place to enjoy the sunset over the Bay of Naples. 🌅

Breakfast was excellent – fresh, varied, and full of delicious local specialties, all served with care. The complimentary shuttle service to the center or the harbor is another big plus and a great example of the hotel’s outstanding service.

A huge thank-you to the entire team – you make Excelsior Parco a place people will always want to return to. 💛

In short: A boutique hotel that exceeds every expectation – style, comfort, and hospitality at the highest level. Absolutely recommendable!

Stunning villa

This villa boutique hotel feels like home from a second you step in. Everyone in this hotel so attentive and caring, me and my mom were treated like queens there. Food was perfect, and Im a foodie, rooms were super well managed, clean, stylish and the view was stunning. Breakfast served in a cozy veranda in the garden. They have the best shuttle service to transport you to all main spots in the island. They even took care of our ferry tickets, we were supervised by ticket agent all the eay to the boat, amazing service!! We will be back to this same hotel only, 100%!

Incredible luxury boutique
Pros:

Absolutely exquisite stay! Each and every member of the staff became a part of our family for the week we stayed there. We had a baby with us and they were so accommodating, they upgraded us for a room which had more space to accommodate our baby crib. The view is beautiful and the people are so helpful and kind! Our baby felt so comfortable as well. The hotel is a luxury boutique and offers rides into the city or Marina which was so helpful for us and planning around a baby. Thank you all so much for being so amazing!!! Lots of love from us all especially baby Zayan 😍
