Location was good
The wifi didn't work. I had important meetings to do online and spent two days of my holiday trying to sort the problems out. I asked for refund so I could move to another hotel because the problem couldn't be recified and was charged an exhaubenant about to cancel, only recieving half of the money i paid for 7 nights whilst only staying 2 nights. This is disgusting service to be penalised for an issue that was 100% the resorts failure to inform people of the limited access to wifi. As it was we were permitted to leave on New Years Eve and had to pay a much higher premium to find accommodation and ended up in 3 different accommodations because of it. We were told we had to take it up with Booking.com to get our refund as well. I wil never use booking.com again as i had to follow up with them weeks after not being refunded. Out of 7 nights booked for $2125 and only staying for 2 nights, and only being refunded $1085 I was out of pocket and had lost 2 days of my holiday to the stress from our stay.
We had a lovely stay. It was very quiet and relaxed. The pool area was beautiful and we spent a lot of time there. The beds were extremely comfortable. Air-conditioning was great for the heat and the free washing machine and dryer was a great bonus. Close to town and beach.

House keeping very average, tiled floors just vacuumed not cleaned, no dusting,

The beds were extremely soft to the extent where one of us couldn't sleep on it and had to sleep on the floor

A great place to reset,
the location is in a great location and a easy walk to all restaurants, bars and pubs, no car is required unless you want to venture out without using a tourist company
The pool is good place to chat with others from various local and international visitors and best part was not having kids under the age of 15 disturbing the peace,
The walk on 4 mile beach has easy access and is always great for first thing in the morning before the heat starts,
Excellent stay whole complex was fantastic,staff room was great .

Very clean nice and peaceful loved it as it was adults only. Loved the pool access from our room.

Very close to main street but i think that is the only reason for the higher price.
I would stay again if i avsolutely needed to be near main street walking distance but there is a shuttle service very well priced so i would only stay if it was less price
Also only 1 outdoor lounge on own pool deck vs other eg sea temple which allowed for my wife and myself to be on own poolside landing whereas not so for meridian.
