Good, easily accessible location, nice size of rooms for our group of 6 and great breakfast option.
Pros:

Attended wedding in Marlborough- location great. Complimentary breakfast and it's quality was very convenient and nice perk for our party of 6.

Cons:

We requested our room to be cleaned once throughout our 4 day stay and particularly asked to change our towels . That never happened.

The ROOM fair size for PRICE & BREAKFAST DELICIOUS! Decent selection.

Cons:

Pool NOT HEATED as advertised! LAUNDRY ROOM 75 degrees COIN-Operated yet no change machine. $4.00 to wash $4.00 to dry yet posted as $2.00 a piece. Washer did not CLEAN the clothes THE DRYERS WERE DISGUSTING!!

A lot of construction could have been mentioned on the website prior to booking. We booked specifically for the pool and it was closed for maintenance the whole stay

The breakfast options were notable. The food was freshly made and the food was like being at home. The staff were continually filling trays and making coffee. They were really sweet.
