Great location. Helpful staff.
A very nice lobby hotel very spacious with a touch of colonial style in my opinion.
The female morning employees were friendly but not the nite male employee when we did check-in.
The hotel is well situated surrounded by shops and cafés/restaurants and easy to reach Rambla area on foot.
Our room was comfortable and clean.
The bathroom was quite big but there wasn't enough place to put our stuffs... there even wasn't any drawer like usually other hotels have, it's a pity.
The doorman or whoever he was, not very helpful as he saw me that I carried a few luggages, he just stood there, no service.

The location was great
The room keys were a huge problem. They actually never worked during my staying and everytime I try to open my room the card didn’t worked. I had to go down to the lobby for them to make the key work, I went more than 10 times downstairs and just because of that I choose not to stay in that hotel the other days I had left. The staff opened the door of the room even though I didn’t had the cartel and I lost some stuff that I could never find

Die Terrasse mit den Pools ist nicht schön.
Lokalizacja idealna, wszędzie blisko, pokoje komfortowe, śniadanie urozmaicone i smaczne. Obsługa bardzo uprzejma i pomocna. Pokój dla nas był gotowy już o 11. Łóżko wygodne. Ponadto mogliśmy zostawić do wieczora nasze bagaże, a potem udostępniono nam prysznic i ręczniki, abyśmy mogli się odświeżyć przed wyjazdem na lotnisko.

l'aria condizionata che non potevi regolare e l'aria veniva tutta sul letto x cui abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte da questo punto di vista non ci tornerei in estate
