The hotel was clean,fresh,very inviting.We were close to everything as walking distance.Taxis were next door.The ambiance of Barcelona makes you want to stay longer.Rooftop hot tub was great with beautiful views of the area.
Food and service was delicious. Front desk service was very informative of the area.
L’hotel est très bien situé. Le personnel très aimable. Le jacuzzi et le bar sur le toit bien agréable après nos journées de visites intensives. A proximité un grand choix de restos sur la Rambla de Catalunya.

L'atmosfera generale dell'hotel è davvero molto accogliente come scritto da altri. Tutto molto pulito. Il personale gentilissimo. La camera grande e curata con stanza guardaroba e bagno fornito di ogni tipo di articolo per toilette.
Colazione buona. Il caffè... Da rivedere.

Very smart common rooms. Receptionists and porters went the extra mile to help. Bedroom a good size, attractive and comfortable.
Really clean, comfortable and the air conditioner worked really well.
Staff were really nice and accomodating.
Shower and bathroom were nice.
Room was a good size without being massive.
The jacuzzis at the top floor are warm so couldn’t cool down in the summer months, would’ve been nice if one was cold and the other warm.
The hotel is in a lovely, safe location. The reception staff was mixed; This sounds unusual, but we noticed the female receptionist was less pleasant than her male counterparts. The reception area has a salon to wait if your room is not ready. The day of our arrival. There were at least five other families waiting for a room. The salons are well kept and tidy. The elevators are large and are always available. The room accommodated three of us comfortably; a king bed and a twin bed. the housekeeping staff was suburb and the room well maintained. If you are an American and accustomed to washcloths, there are not available. The bathroom has plenty of space with a shower/tub. The breakfast has multiple options, lots of seating and food choices. However the foods are the same each day. It doesn't appear as if they alternate food selections. The breakfast attendants were extremely friendly to us and we enjoyed their smiles each morning. The valet staff were also exceptional, wishing you a nice day and inquiring if you enjoyed your daily activity when you returned.

Excelente ubicación en pleno L’Example y a muy pocas cuadras de Paseo de Gracia y Plaza Cataluña. Además, muy buen desayuno.

Como sugestão acho que a entrada do hotel quando vamos pela rampa , passa - se uma impressão ruim: algo meio fúnebre e o cheiro forte de flores piora ainda mais. Sugiro algo mais leve.
