I didn’t stay there
Cons:

I booked the hotel then canceled it but then rebooked it but when I got to the hotel, they didn’t have a room for us then told us to call booking.com which told us we were supposed to be in that hotel then booking.com called the hotel and got no response then emailed the hotel and said if the hotel didn’t respond within 30 minutes, I’d get refunded. But it’s the simple fact they didn’t have a room for us even then booking.com told us they did so we had to go to another hotel farther away

The most welcoming hotel we have ever stayed at!!!!
Pros:

You will not be disappointed if you stay here, they are the nicest and most caring staff we have ever been around! The location is perfect if you are attending a Reds game or going to Riverbend for a concert, or just want a little getaway. There are a few restaurants and a gas station within walking distance, and plenty of shopping a couple miles down the road. We have been staying here a little over a year while in town to watch the Reds play and a lot of times end up staying a couple extra days just because it feels like home. Stay here and you won’t be disappointed. Also there is a pool and a nice little workout room here as well! We will never stay anywhere else while in this area!!!!!

Pros:

Breakfast was till 930a. We arrived at 9a..to find the eggs and bacon gone and not to be refilled. Staff advised she was cleaning up now and would not be refilled. You need to post a sign to arrive well before 9a to be fed. She finally refilled eggs and bacon....the entire dining room proceeded to get eggs and bacon. Everyone was scheduled to see Rod Stewart the night before and concert was cancelled.

Cons:

Kitchen issue and eggs were horrible.

Cons:

Das angeschlossene Restaurant, in dem auch das Frühstück serviert wird, ist eine Katastrophe .. Ausnahme: der Barman
