Pros:

Very good location, the hotel was clean and accommodating. In walking distance of the most important attractions. The breakfast was also very nice. And the staff was very helpful and polite.

Cons:

Being right in the center of the city it could be a little noisy for some. It wasn't a problem for us.

Ottimo Hotel a Firenze per un prezzo onesto
Pros:

Ottimo hotel nelle immediate vicinanza della stazione ferroviaria di Santa Maria Novella. Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Specialmente alla reception sono sempre stato accolto e trattato con grande professionalità e gentilezza. La camera non è grandissima, ma arredato con grande lusso ed anche il bagno è molto bello. Colazione ricca e molto buona. Complimenti!

L hotel non è male ,anche la posizione è buona poco distante dalla stazione ferroviaria.Andrebbe rimodernato almeno mettere degli infissi insonorizzati, la zona è rumorosa per la movida notturna e la nettezza urbana visto che i bidoni dell immondizia sono proprio sott l hotel e dalle 4 del mattino non ho più dormito
