Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

There was a water leak in the room; the hotel said they don’t have any other rooms & kept us in that same one for the whole 24 hrs for full price! I thought that was appalling!

Hotel molt recomanable per qualitat-preu
Pros:

L'hotel està molt net i el tracte del personal és excel·lent. Les habitacions tenen una mida molt correcte i el bany és ampli (encara que convindria reformar-lo una mica). Els llits són molt còmodes i hi ha aire condicionat i nevera. A l'arribada, ens vam trobar unes ampolles d'aigua de cortesia a la nevera. L'esmorzar és correcte. Bon cafè. Hi ha un supermercat només girar la cantonada i al mateix carrer de l'entrada de l'hotel hi ha restaurants on s'hi menja molt bé i un bazar on s'hi pot trobar de tot. Molt a prop de l'estació de tren de Santa Maria Novella i de les parades de taxi i de tramvia.

Cons:

La dutxa era una mica petita i estava fixa a la paret. No es podia despenjar. L'hotel queda una mica apartat del centre.

El personal muy atento y complaciente. Muy limpio. Muy buena ubicación. Recomiendo el buffette, muy buena selección y calidad.

Cons:

Precio algo alto, pero en Florencia es la media, recomendable.
