קיבלנו יין מתנה לבחירתנו בצ'ק אין, יש חניה בחינם בחניון מסודר,החדר מאוד מאוד גדול ממש סוויטה ענקית עם כל מה שצריך ומעבר,כולל אפילו מטבח ומילוי מים קרים וקרח, די קרוב בהליכה לסטריפ, די שקט, אהבתי שהיה גם אמבטיה בנוסף למקלחת.המיטה נוחה. אחלה מיזוג אוויר מקרר מעולה אפילו יש חימום למי שקר לו.

לא ניקו את החדר שלי אחרי הלילה הראשון, הצוות בקבלה אפשר לקבל מגבת אחת רק בערב גם לי וגם לחבר שהיה בחדר אחר והיה צריך במיוחד לקחת מהלובי זה לא לעניין! תדאגו לאורחים שלכם ואם לא הספקתם לנקות או שתנקו בערב או שתדאגו להביא את המגבות בעצמכם לחדר שלנו! בנוסף מציין שלאחד החברים שלי לא ניקו גם בלילה השני כלומר כל החופשה בכלל! זה מביך! וכנראה שניקו לי רק בזכות זה שאמרתי למנקה בקומה בבוקר שלא ניקו לפני..המחיר לא כלל ארוחת בוקר וחבל אז היה די יקר ביחס ללילות. יש קצת רעש של אמבולנסים לפעמים. הכריות במיטה דקות מידי. וחד משמעתי אם לא היה את הקטע שפספסו לנקות היתי מביא ציון גבוה. יש מרפסת אבל לא הנוף שציפיתי. לא שמו בקומה גבוהה כמו שביקשתי ופיצלו את אחד החברים לקומה אחרת ועיכבו לו את הצ'ק אין וזה היה אחרי 16!

Cons:

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. Room service and room cleaning were not provided throughout the entire stay. We had to ask for replacement towels, and despite promising that the room would be cleaned, it was not cleaned at all.

Nice hotel, spacious room, good location off the strip and very helpful staff.
Pros:

The room was spacious with a large living area, a fully stocked kitchen and a large bedroom with two beds. The bathroom was large with a tub and shower.

Cons:

We stayed four nights. Housekeeping did not visit the room while we were there. We were supposed to receive housekeeping services at least once during out stay. We had to request toilet paper, coffee packets and towels from the front desk. The staff were very helpful in accommodating our requests but it was puzzling to not even get garbage removed by the fifth day.

Huge, very nice apartment/suite/villa in an excellent location
Pros:

I liked how quiet it was here... about 1 to 1.5 blocks off the strip, but central to everything. It was walkable to The Sphere, TopGolf, and the strip. It was central, even with Caesar's Palace. The staff was friendly, and we got to choose a free bottle of wine at check-in. The place was very large - a huge kitchen with breakfast bar, living room, very large bathroom with both tub and shower, very large bedroom, and balcony.

Cons:

The WiFi didn't work and we couldn't connect. We were given the username and password, but kept getting an error. The person at the front desk wasn't able to help, so we called the number in the error message (for Cox?) and they weren't helpful either, so we just had to set up a hot spot to get to the internet.

The location close enough to the strip

Cons:

I got an upgrade that I didn't ask for, when I originally booked this room 12 months earlier I got a lovely mountain view, but when they upgraded me to a so called better room all I saw was a brick wall in front of my balcony, no views of anything.

Absolut toll: Personal, Zimmer, Blick, Lage
Pros:

Tolle, eher ruhige Lage, dennoch fussläufig zum Strip (15min) und zur Sphere (5min)
Genialer Blick auf die Sphere von unserem Zimmer aus. (Wurde uns upgegraded von Lindsay, der tollen Frontdame)
Schöner Pool, innen und außen und Whirlpool, mit Blick aufs Riesenrad und schöne Beleuchtung, 9am bis 9pm auf.
Zimmer/Appartment sauber, sehr groß, klasse Betten. Große Küche (für Utensilien die fehlen kann man anfragen und bekommt alles).
Zur Begrüßung gab’s eine Flasche Wein dazu.
Eher familiärer, kein Casino, kein Rauch, kein Lärm. Sehr freundliches Personal. Parkplatz im Parkhaus dabei, direkt angeschlossen.
Kleine Läden nebenan, fürs „Selbstversorgen“

Cons:

Von der Einrichtung nicht super modern, aber hoher Standard, also eigentlich nichts negatives
