The most family friendly hotel in Las Vegas. Rooms are roomy, a home away from home, close to the strip but without the noise and smoke. Excellent customer service and great staff and food. It my 5th time here and I look forward to coming back. My CHOICE HOTEL and place to stay. Awesome

Michael at check in was great. (I think he is actually a bellman but no one else was around, so he checked us in.)
The hotel is great with all areas attractive.

Platinum hotel was an amazing stay the rooms being very spacious more the the normal. Everything is conveniently close and the staff was always great with whatever we needed. Me la pase bien.

Very large room. Delicious breakfast at fifth-floor restaurant.

Perfect for our family of 4. Full kitchen and huge tub were great additions since we have 2 kids. Convenient location, away from strip crowd/traffic, but walking distance to strip. Free parking which is unfortunately rare nowadays. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

This place is our go-to when traveling with friends and family. The rooms are extremely spacious.

Really happy with our stay here, we chose it based on location and size of the room. We had three adults so looked for three beds (pull out couch included). Pleasantly surprised with how large the room was and that it had a full kitchen complete with utensils, dishes and dish soap.

Check in was easy and quick, we received a free bottle of wine. Parking was free and plentiful in their own parking structure. Room was clean and incredibly quiet. Bathroom was huge! Tub and shower, two sinks and a closet. Nice that there is access to the bathroom from both the bedroom and living space. The pull out couch was nice but not super comfy. It was nice to have the separate space to sleep though.

Loved having a balcony and the unexpected bonus was the view of the Sphere! It was fun to watch it from our room (406). The hotel was also an easy walk to the strip, we walked to dinner at Cesar’s, it was very convenient. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice and the front desk was super friendly and helpful. They have a number you can text questions/requests too.

I would definitely stay here again. Comparable places had smaller beds and not as much space.

The hotel was nice enough, with huge rooms.
Although our toilet didn't flush.

When leaving for the day we asked for the toilet be fixed.
When we got back after about 8 hours later our room door was ajar. We called the front desk and security came up and luckily nothing appeared to be missing. We asked to speak to manager about what happened, it has been a week without a return call. We will stay elsewhere next trip.

Great Working Staff

Nice hotel is good location for concerts at Sphere.
Reasonable price unlike Venetian which gouges on concert nights. No casino, no smoking.
Had some TV issues and no restaurant open for lunch except weekends. Front desk was very nice.

Too dark in the nights

Great room, but uncomfortable chairs, too low, and the restaurant was closed both days we were there, unbeknownst to the front desk staff.

10 min walk from the strip, but you get an entire condo unit, so more space than a noisy hotel. Pool was great, service was great.
