thought it was closer to the falls...my mistake
Pros:

Good.... clean room, good breakfast, good shower

Cons:

Needed change.... the air conditioner was too close to the bed and was noisy so we had to turn it off at night, elevator floor needed repair

Cons:

L'hotel è malandato, avrebbe bisogno di lavori notevoli soprattutto nelle camere. I pavimenti sono sconnessi anche nelle zone comuni.
Luci basse e in generale una sensazione di vecchio e sporco. Le foto non corrispondono a come è l'hotel in questo momento. E, tra l'altro, carissimo.
Colazione triste e quasi tutta confezionata/impacchettata, con spreco di plastica incredibile

Great home away from home
Pros:

The room was really neat, had everything we needed and the bedroom was slightly separated from the living area, so it helped to shut out the day, and snuggle into sleep.

Cons:

They were working on their roof, which cause some parking trouble because the front of the building was closed off. Also, hopefully, as part of their roof repairs, they need to address their flooring and potential tripping hazards.

Food staff and cleaning staff took pride in their jobs as it was reflected in their work.
Pros:

The most impressive about the stay was the manager in the cafeteria. She was very friendly and accommodating each morning that breakfast was served. The hotel and rooms were clean and fresh but the hotel itself appeared to be undergoing renovation so some of the walls and ceilings were in disrepair. Front desk was helpful in the morning but the staff in the evening wasn't as helpful, i.e., knowing the surrounding around the hotel.

Cons:

Staff of the evening. Unable to communicate clearly the surroundings within a five mile radius of the hotel.

It’s fine as far as cleanliness and comfort. Just don’t expect any type of customer service.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Area is so so . Also we waited for over 20 minutes for desk attendant to show up so we could check in.
There were 3 other parties needing something as well and desk attendant just not there.
Rang bell multiple times . Called from my phone multiple times. No answer.

Pros:

We loved the breakfast. Eggs and bacon were very good!

Cons:

The carpet in the room was very dirty I needed a deep shampoo which was why I gave it a 8 rating. The rest of the room was very clean.

Unaccommodating and disrespectful staff
Pros:

Well, after we were moved to a room that didn’t have smoke smell in it. It got better. The second room was better.

Cons:

The staff was unprofessional and disrespectful Kystal specifically at the front desk. We had asked for an extended check out for an hour or even a half an hour since we had to switch rooms The Night before due to the smoke smell and she was very short with us and curt.
