Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing above and beyond… but perfectly adequate for what we needed. We did not get any VIP perks though.

Very pleased with suite. Would stay again. Had issue with noisy AC and missing part in microwave. Tech came in both cases within reasonable time. Installed missing part in microwave. AC needs work but is safe and did work adequately. Having 24 hour coffee and tea in lobby was great. Staff all very pleasant and helpful,

Pros:

Every time the air conditioning kicked on, it sounded like a huge diesel truck was pulling up right next to my room. The 3rd floor hallway smelled like a mixture of cigarette smoke and soap. Staff were very friendly.

Pros:

Bathtub had few hair strands all over when we got the room. Bathroom fan was very noisy and made a rattle noise . Room smelled musty. Common areas were hot . I don’t think the air conditioning was on or working properly around the hotel.

Pros:

Very friendly staff, nice lobby area and breakfast area. Room was okay once we had the AC going which cleared the little bit of mustiness we encountered when we first got in. Room could use some updating but had very comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Conveniently located to Akron and only about 40 min to Cleveland. Overall, we had a nice stay.
