Un mezzo disastro

In fase di presentazione avevo esplicitamente richiesto una stanza con tapparelle o tendo perfettamente oscuranti, al mio arrivo vedo che le tende presenti non oscuravano quasi per nulla. Alla mia richiesta mi dicono che avevano solo un'altra stanza ma la situazione era identica e che non potevano fare nulla. Il giorno dopo, non avendo praticamente chiuso occhio, mi dicono ancora che non potevano farci nulla, al mio suggerimento di inserire una coperta con due mollette hanno provveduto in tal senso. Tra l'altro il docino era rotto, la cassaforte chiusa, mancava lo scopino del bagno ed il telefono non funzionava. Un disastro. Una nota positiva al momento del conto, date le difficoltà con la camera non hanno addebitato le due colazioni. La nota più dolente è il rispondere "non posso farci nulla" senza nemmeno provarci.

Für einen Kurztrip völlig ausreichend
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Die Zimmer sehr sauber.
Betten bequem.

Cons:

Am Frühstück könnte man noch etwas arbeiten.
Es gab kein Gemüse (Paprika,Tomaten....)und kein Vollkornbrot.
Ansonsten war aber alles da was man braucht.

No per l'aria condizionata

Tutto tra l'altro è la mia seconda volta che scelgo l'hotel tiffany mah...

Cons:

Morire di caldo!!! Per questo credo che l'anno prossimo cambierò hotel purtroppo il non poter gestire l'aria condizionata e stare a 25 gradi significa morire soffocati dal caldo mi spiace

Leider nicht empfehlenswert
Cons:

Wir sind nach kurzer Besichtigung der Zimmer gleich schnell wieder weg , ohne dort zu übernachten.
Gerne haben wir für nichts bezahlt, leider wieder mit booking.com voll auf die Nase gefallen.
Ausgesprochen unfreundlicher Empfang, abgerissene , herunterhängende Vorhänge im Zimmer,
nicht richtig sauber und einladend , Männer in der Lobbybar mit nackten Oberkörper ...
Fotos und Realität sind leider weit voneinander entfernt
Sowas haben wir mit der Familie in Italien in den letzten 20 Jahren nicht mehr gesehen.

De locatie is voor ons zeer goed

Cons:

Wij boeken al jaren voor dit hotel maar de laatste jaren krijgen wij steeds een kleinere kamer met gebreken niet goed werkende airco,kapotte douche kop,niet sluitende douchdeur waarna de badkamer vloer na douchen helemaal nat is daardoor is onze beoordeling steeds meer gezakt van zeer goed naar cosi cosi³
