slippery shower
Pros:

shower is very slippery. slipped in the shower. had to leave early because I hurt myself when I slipped. think there should be some sort of texture put down so that the shower is not so slippery when it gets wet

Great Hotel
Pros:

Very nice place in a great location. The place was very clean. We loved everything about the place. They had a nice selection for breakfast. The kids enjoyed the pool and the gym. Our room was nice and beds were comfortable.

Pros:

Room could be better. It had a constant smell of humidity. The staff was good and very polite. The overall experience was not great. Bathroom could also be better, there was some moldew on the joints.

Property is neglected. Live cockroach in room. A/C doesn’t remove humidity from room leading to wet sheets. Night time front desk staff was very rude and nasty.

Very convenient and clean.
Pros:

Tha front desk staff was very nice and friendly, however, the gentleman in the breakfast area was rude. I let him know it. I started to give the staff question a more negative answer, but that would not be fair to the desk people and other staff. One person can usually ruin it for others.

The evening shift person...I think his name is chris..is so very nice to talk to but when I checked out Sunday morning the nightshift person was not friendly...but Chris being so great made stay better

Lousy.
Cons:

6 am in the morning a group of 25 kids gathered in the lobby making All sorts of noise singing happy birthday to someone...manager on duty did nothing. Our room unfortunately was located off the main lobby. Ridiculous.
Housekeeping left our room open, yes open, with the deadbolt in the open position thereby the door was not closed for at least 10 hours! We returned that evening we to find our door open. Lucky for the hotel, nothing was missing.
