Pros:

늘 항상 방문할 때 마다 기분이 좋아지는 곳 입니다. 비록 비가 와서 이번에 많은 것들을 즐기지는 못했지만 항상 설레는 방문입니다. 특히 파크뷰에서의 식사는 말할 것도 없이 완벽하며, 다른 곳들과 비교가 불가능합니다.

Cons:

파크뷰의 식사는 정말 만족하고 붐비지 않아 좋지만 4박을 있다보니 조금 메뉴의 변경이 있으면 좋을 것 같습니다. 하지만 너무 만족하고 있는 숙소라 이 역시 아쉬워서 하는 이야기일 뿐 절대 불만은 아닙니다.

아이들과 함께 편안하게 즐기기 좋은 숙소
Pros:

아이들과 함께 방문했어요~~~
온돌방으로 예약하니 아이둘과 엄마는 침대에서 자고
1인 요가 따로있어서 거기서 남편이 자니 괜찮았어요 ㅎㅎ
온돌방이 저는 아이들과 활동하기에 좀 더 청결하고 좋았던것같아요
처음 방문했는데 너무 만족스러웠어요
수영장도 이용 가능하고~~~~ 미리 준비안하고 갔는데 수영복 대여 가능해서 (유료) 편하게 이용했어요
왜 신라호텔 추천하는지 알겠어요~~~ 다음에도 제주도 오게 된다면 신라호텔 고려할것같아요!
아이들 시간 보낼 수 있는 공간들(키즈클럽, 짐보리)도 있고 아침에 동물 먹이주기 프로그램(무료) 도 있어서
너무 좋았어요!!!
조식도 먹어봤는데 계란요리도 직접해주시고
어쨌든 전체적으로 너무너무 좋은 방문이었습니다.

An enjoyable stay
Pros:

Well appointed with good facilities
Staff very efficient and friendly
Nurse on site very helpful as I sprained my foot and received very good treatment, ice pack etc

Cons:

A little pricey at the lounge for drinks in comparison to other 4-5 stars hotels

Anyway we love the hotel so much
Pros:

We love the heated pool for outdoor and indoor and also the entertainment at the hotel. Love the small details for the whole area especially the way to the beach

Great rooms and exceptionally polite and helpful staff
Pros:

Room was large and refreshed regular by the wonderful house maids. The pools and spaces around them great with nice menu at the pool bar. Again impeccable service.

Cons:

Disappointed the adult pool was addition fee for all the surrounding sunbeds. The Hinode Japanese restaurant was pretty disappointing considering it was the up market choice in a 5 star hotel…

It’s a huge resort complex with traditional (perhaps dated) styling. We had a garden/pool facing room which meant every evening from 7-9pm you can hear the performing acts, some may like this (we didn’t so much)

워~낙 유명한 특급호텔이다 보니 방문 전부터 기대가 많았는데, 기대를 뛰어 넘는 곳이었습니다! 아주 훌륭한 위치, 아름다운 자연 경관, 해외 리조트가 생각나게 하는 내외부 인테리어(연식이 느껴지긴 합니다 ㅎㅎ), 그럼에도 클래식한 분위기, 적당히 친절하신 직원분들, 영유아 가족을 위한 여러 가지 프로그램... 뭐 하나 모자람 없는 곳이었어요. 신라호텔이 왜 신라호텔인지 너무나 잘 알겠는 경험이었습니다! 컨디션이 안 좋아서 수영장 이용을 못한 게 너무 아쉬워서 반드시 꼭 다시 오리라 다짐했습니다 ㅎㅎ

저희가 조식을 늦게 먹으러 간 걸 감안해도 더 파크뷰 명성에 비해 생각보다 먹을 게 없어 아쉬웠어요...ㅜㅜ 겨울에 롯데호텔 라 세느를 방문했었는데 라 세느 조식이랑 비교돼서 더 아쉬웠답니다. 그리고 제 입맛에는 간도 좀 짠 편이었어요. 그래도 더 파크뷰는 빵, 아이스크림 맛집이라고 느꼈어요 ㅎㅎ 아이스바로 제공되는 생과일(망고) 아이스크림이 진짜 진짜 맛도링... 더 파크뷰 브런치(점심)랑 저녁은 워낙 맛있다는 말들이 많아서 다음에 방문하게 된다면 점심이나 저녁을 먹을 것 같아요 ㅎㅎ

Pros:

아침식사가 기대 이상이었습니다. 메뉴도 다양하고 맛있었어요. 직원들도 전부 다 친절하고, 방 내부도 깔끔했습니다.

Cons:

카페트 바닥이라서 먼지 알러지가 있는 저로썬 힘들었어요. 그리고 방까지 찾아가기까지 한참을 걸어야 했어서 불편했어요.
