국내 호텔 중 유일하게 유럽의 감성과 제주도를 함께 느낄 수 있는 곳

시설은 오래됬으나 관리가 잘 되어있고, 고급스러우면서도 고전적 느낌이 나는 인테리어가 요즘 새로 지어진 화려하기만한 5성급 호텔에서는 느낄 수 없는 편안한 느낌이 있어요
잘 가꿔진 정원과 어우러진 수영장, 야외스파, 핀란드 사우나는 다른 호텔과는 확실히 다른 차별점이 너무 좋습니다. 이용하는 내내 편안한 휴식을 느끼게 해줍니다. 요소요소 직원들의 적절한 친절함이 이용하는 내내 기분좋게 해줍니다

전반적인 직원들의 친절함은 좋았는데요, 일부 젊은 직원들의 이해할 수 없는 상황에서 객실을 확인하려고 물어보는 부분이나 방식이 약간 불편했습니다.
오래 전 방문했을 때 정원에서 봤던 미모사 나무도 없고 3층 테라스도 꽃은 없고 허브로만 채워져 있어서 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 어딜봐도 칙칙하고 쌀쌀해서 여행하기 좋지 않은 3월에 봄을 일찍 느낄 수 있게 해주는 부분들이었는데 꽃들로 한껏 채워져있던 공간들이 줄어들어서 아쉬워요
