Very expensive breakfast

We got a bid room, it was great. They should have better way of controlling shuttle rides.

We didn’t stay at this property because the hotel was closed for renovations. They put us in the Hilton right next door. Which had a restaurant and bar that was very pricey but over all a nice hotel. Across the street was a grocery store so we went there for drinks and snacks

Great! Except never got the wake up call. Good thing we set the alarm. Very comfy bed. Wish it had usb by both sides of bed.

When the hotel messaged me stating my reservation would be transferred over to a nearby Hilton because they were temporarily closed for construction, I did not know they meant that Hilton would check us in and we’d still stay at Apart hotel. I would have canceled my booking and went elsewhere.

This place was a 2-4min walk ;depending how much stuff you carry, and if you’re walking upward or downward. The hotel was a ghost town. No construction noted. It felt like a horror movie. No one at the front desk to answer questions if needed, would have to walk back to Hilton. My tv did not work, the fridge also, there was a loud banging in the vents that initially were like a slow knocking at the door, then just got faster and faster until it stopped. Then it would repeat here and there. Didn’t bother using the phone to call since I was not sure if it would just endlessly ring at the empty front desk.

I was happy it was only one night. But yes, would have appreciated the message being more transparent. Telling me my reservation moved to a nearby Hilton sounds like I’m going to be staying at the Hilton. Not a deserted building.

We were there and could not get into the Apart without a guest room card key. The reception area was almost bare and looks like no one has manned it for quite a while. After checking in at the Hilton we had to wait for an hour for our room to be ready at 15:30. The phone system does not work to get the front desk at the Hilton so we had to walk back up the hill to order an airport taxi early the next morning. The room was good but I would never recommend the Apart to anyone.

Despite this listing saying there is a reception desk, there is not. You have to walk uphill to the Hilton in order to check in.

The lobby looks abandoned and a sign on the building advertises a restaurant that doesn’t exist. The decor appears to have last been updated in the 1980s. It feels unsafe as you are greeted by a sign saying the doors are locked for safety.

We paid CH 14 for an airport shuttle that drove by us standing at the shuttle stop. We had to call the Hilton twice and wait until the next shuttle 30 minutes later.

To use the Wifi, the Hilton reception desk staff had us take a picture of his phone.

Not much to like.

Shuttle dropped off us at Hilton and ask us to check in at Hilton then go walking to hotel with two large bags and two hand luggage. We booked the hotel near by airport because of the shuttle service.
This hotel is surrogate of the Hilton, Expedia please remove from the listing.

Telephone doesnt work so you have to travel up and down the hill to Hilton Zurich Airport if you need anything. Staffs from Hilton Zurich Airport are really nice so 2 stars for them

Communication was poor. Emails indicated that the reception was open 24 hours, but we had to check in up the road at a different property and the reception was not even manned the next day. Housekeeping walked into our room 3 hours before the check out time when we were still in bed. The entire property smelled and was very outdated. Only amenities were all at the Hilton up the road. The room was consistently 26 degrees or warmer because the AC wouldn't work for more than 10 seconds and the windows barely opened to help. The sheets were not only stained, but there was no additional pillows or bedding to use. The bathroom only had 3 in 1 to use as hand soap, the same as in the shower. Overall we had a terrible experience and the only staff we saw the entire stay was when they came into our room at 8am

This property had no AC
Staff at check in assured us that it definitely had a working AC. We went to complain, all they could do was upgrade us to a suite but still had same problem. The property is a no frills Hilton. We had to check in up the block at Hilton. We asked if they could give us a room there to no avail. We had to sleep in a room to no moving air which was extremely HOT!
Will take this to corporate!

Everything was good except when I was booking hotel I picked it because it was providing transport from airport. We were charged on our way back which is I find tricky and not like it

Excellent as a crew member they let me check in early which was very nice free pass for the shuttle and was just great

My stay was actually at the Hilton airport, due to Apart being closed for some renovations. But the stay was very nice. The room was clean and staff very friendly.
