El personal de recepción fueron muy amables y nos dieron una habitación superior a la que habíamos reservado, todo muy limpio y el desayuno muy completo!

Cons:

Sauberkeit im Zimmer hat noch Luft nach oben
Lage am Verkehrsknotenpunkt nicht optimal wegen der Lautstärke, Fenster sind zwar schalldicht, aber es gibt keine Klimaanlage (nur Lüftung) und im 6. Stock muss man die Fenster zum kühlen öffnen.
Wenn man später frühstückt, ist nicht mehr alles verfügbar
Keine deutschen Programme im TV, kein Internet im TV, keine Kopplung mit Smartphone möglich

Pros:

Frühstück war in Ordnung, es gab genug Auswahl.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war gut.

Cons:

Wenn man später zum Frühstück kam, war nicht immer alles verfügbar. Das Rührei sah unappetitlich aus. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers könnte besser sein, im Teppich z.B. waren Flecken. Die Lage an dem Verkehrsknotenpunkt ist nicht optimal, wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, Kommt der Straßenlärm nicht durch. Allerdings gibt es keine Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern, Deshalb muss man die Fenster abends öffnen.
