Not enjoyable because of issues listed above. I stayed there just bcuz it was the closest to my work location during ice

Close to where I needed to be

Cons:

Didn’t matter what towels I got they were stained, was not sure how clean they were. Even if they were clean , they should never have brown stains on them that makes you question their cleanliness. One midsized towel looked like someone had just used to take off makeup even had a red stain that looked like blood. Also old microwave that did not rotate inside bcuz of rust inside. Also very old heat/ac unit with broken slats and very loud start up to it, that woke you up at night when it kicked on.

it’s across the street from a cute and delicious milk tea lounge.

DO NOT BOOK ! Especially if you are a person of COLOR. I booked a reservation at this location and was treated poorly. I arrived early asking the guy at the front desk if they did early check-in and how much he stated that they didn’t do early check-in. check in is at 3pm and I had to wait ..mind you the lobby is closed off so you’re talking to the staff through a window (ghetto should’ve known there) I proceeded to wait until 3 o’clock on the property. The guy sent another staff member to kick me off the property. They said people aren’t allowed to wait at the property “ they have to go find something to do. “ I’ve never heard anything like that before, but I did not argue. I left the property. I RECEIVED a call around 2 o’clock stating that they wanted me to pay now with my card, even though I was paying cash. They told me to “unlock my card or they would cancel my reservation” if I didn’t make it there by 2:45-3:00. I did tell them that that policy sounded ridiculous and that I could’ve just waited if they were gonna let me in earlier he proceeded to say I need to be there by 3 to keep my reservation as well as pay an extra deposit fee. BEFORE I made this reservation, I called the facility and asked if there was a deposit I was told there was no deposit now all of a sudden I have to pay an extra deposit fee? He threatened a cancellation of my reservation one last time and I AGREED to it and told him to just cancel it because I did not like the way I was being treated or talk to. After our “ lovely” conversation He tried to charge my card three times!! THANK GOD for the lock option !
