La ducha
Todo. Limpieza, ambiente, olor a humedad, condensación en el techo, sábanas viejas, autos hasta la entrada de lo que podría llamarse un patio para tomar algo, el wifi no funcionaba, no está asegurado el estacionamiento.
Location and beds were soft
Noise from upstairs and never cleaned our room during the 3 night stay
The proximity to the beach and the landscaping are the only redeeming qualities for this hotel.
The rooms look absolutely NOTHING like the website pictures. There are no dressers, there are no sitting areas, very little furniture, no coffee pot. There weren't even light bulbs in the bedside lamps. There's a platform bed, two nightstands, a tiny little fridge, a fiber board armoire from Walmart, and a television that would not turn on. The wires from the television were bundled up in a rubber band and hanging down the wall.
The staff is very friendly, the location to the beach and neighboring cafe is great, and the rain shower is very relaxing
The mattress is very thin and hard and the bedding is thin and not very soft. The bathroom has cold exposed concrete and there is not very much parking available at the hotel.

We like basically everything
The hotel has the bare necessities. The coffee and microwave are in the office which is closed until 8:00 am. The staff is very helpful. Housekeeping happen only when I asked for it. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The bathroom was spotless and had tons of HOT water at all times of the day and night. There are vending machines with a great selection of drinks and a sparce selection of snacks. The location is a block from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. This is not fancy but I stayed 5 nights and will be back.
There is not a microwave or coffee maker in the room. I was out of the hotel before the office opened in the morning.

There was a huge pile of laundry outside our door the entire weekend. Parking was limited.

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. There is no outdoor spot to sit at. The TV wasn’t working. It wasn’t the cleanest. Not really happy to be honest.
Not a thing!
Dirty floors. Got out of shower and my feet were dirty. Tv remote didn’t work for on/ off or volume. No hair dryer. Loud. People were fighting in the middle of the night. No phone. Had to plunge toilet as soon as we got in the room. Shower door didn’t shut. Parking not good. No ramps for room for handicap person. Can’t get in touch with booking to get refund. Impossible to get in touch with them.
The location is great and we enjoy the simplicity. It's perfect for people who are not looking to hang out at the hotel but just need a place to sleep at night.
Some may find it too basic

La télévision ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre #9. Il y avait des éraflures profondes sur le mur de la télé et sur le mur de la tête de lit qui mériteraient une réparation immédiate. Pas de couverture supplémentaire dans la chambre, ou du moins le proposer en demandant à la réception (je ne sais pas s’ils en ont).
Cet hotel n'offre aucun service de navette (ni aéroport, ni port). On doit prendre le taxi, ce qui augmente quelque peu le coût d’une nuitée.
