It was the most basic of basic hotels … a room, a toilet and a shower … expected more from the pictures on booking.com

La ubicación es excelente. Ahí nomás está la playa y a pocos pasos, los negocios y los bares de Las Olas. La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda y el baño también. La relación precio-calidad es excelente y más si le sumo la buena atención que tuvimos en todo momento. Fueron muy amables todo el tiempo. Llegamos muy tarde por un retraso con el vuelo y acomodaron todo para que pudieramos hacer el check in sin problema.

Good but can do better
Pros:

Good location 👌 , staff was good, clean and friendly environment. Comfortable bed

Cons:

Someone was upstairs above my room and was noisy whiles I was sleeping..woke me up twice in 2 consecutive mornings between 4 to 5am. I didn't like that the room didn't have its own microwave. There's one in the reception office but the door is locked at wee hours and late in the night so there's no access to it those times.

Pros:

Everything about it. The location, the staff, how clean the room and facilities were, just an all around awesome experience. Especially the front desk manager David *chefs kiss 💋* was amazing! Will definitely be staying again soon in the future ❤️

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la playa, la habitación estaba limpia, ordenada cuando llegué, el proceso de ingreso fue muy sencillo se contactaron conmigo para darme todas las indicaciones

Cons:

Que fumaban en las instalaciones del hotel, afuera de las habitaciones, eso no me gustó. Había un espejo caído de su lugar el cual podría ser reparado para dar mejor aspecto a la habitación

People listening to music and singing outside the room on Monday night up to 11:30pm. Smoking cigarettes at rooms doors. Bad smell. Found a cockroach insect in my room. It was dead but it was there. Leaking from refrigerator or AC on the ground.

Pictures online were nothing like when we got there. Got put in room 25 at the end in a corner. Walkway to room was narrow. Room was small, could see the mattress was sunken in. Could see light through the door. Gave a very uneasy feeling. Didnt feel safe so canceled and went to a different hotel.
